1 starIt seems I got tricked into this as well on May 20, 2023. I did not know It was a reoccurring monthly subscription and have been charged $52,52 initially in May 2023, then June, July, Aug and now Sept...that alot of money which adds up to $210.08.******************Svelte Media, Inc.

I am happy to clarify that the One and Done Workout Program involves a one-time fee of $29. However, it looks like you also opted into the 7-day free trial of our One Minute Abs + Svelte Life Series. This is something that is voluntary and had to be selected on the following page after you purchased One and Done or MetaBoost. The membership is billed at $49 per month starting when your free trial period is over. After reviewing your account, I can confirm that free trial end before the subscription was canceled and as a result, you were charged $49 USD beforehand. We only have 60-day guarantee, however I can do up to 120 days so I can refund 3 more months charges since the charge from September has already been refunded. 1 starThis site pushes you into page after page after page of add ons and upgrades. You get lost in it and the $29 they tout ...within seconds becomes hundreds *** hundreds of dollars. I wa duped into spending 5 times the amount they advertised and so far customer assistance to address my desperate need for assistance and clarification has been met with silence. 1 starI wished I had seen the reviews before purchased the done in one and 2 other products that totaled $75. I also had starting seeing another charge from the company and called and was told that was a 7 day free trial and after a 40.00 a month asked for a refund on that and then the following week and called backed and asked for a full refund because I was within the 60 days full refund no questions asked, but there were questions and I told them I get emails just about everyday but when you get to the bottom there is always something else that you need to buy. You can find her workouts on YouTube for free. Their answer was that they do partner with a third partner that sends out the **** ******* to sell items. 1 starIt seems I'm not the only person who thought they would be charged $29 and nothing more. I happened to stumble upon these other reviews and looked at my credit card statement and noticed another charge for $49 which I never signed up for or authorized. This is a scam to trick people out of more money. I refuted the $49 charge and cancelled my "subscription," but I will be watching my cc statement closely regardless.Svelte Media, Inc.

1 starWhat fake publicity! You pay $29, and once you get access they will charge you for everything this lady offered in the introductory video that should be included in the price. I just bought it and I canceled it immediately! What a waste of time and fake information from the beginning. The only thing that you will have access to is some ******* videos that you can find for yourself for free. They intend to sell you supplements, recipe books, and coaching, and they sell you like the real price is $290 and you will pay $29. Not even an hour after I bought this I called them and asked for a reimbursement.Svelte Media, Inc.

1 starHi I'm ******************************* I would like to request a refund as well. I have never received any emails since I signed up for a one time purchase as well. No emails in SPAM either I live in ********* so it is double the amount due to our dollar value. I did not authorize any other amount to be taken from my account. When I went in to check why they are taking money each month the site is saying I'm not even a member so what gives? I would like all my money refunded asap. Which equates to nearly $300. ********** I am certainly not impressed with this company SVELTE Media. If there was no contact from me after the initial payment what makes it ok to keep taking unauthorized money from my accountSvelte Media, Inc.
