1 starSigned up for the $29 like everyone else. Then decided to go a little farther.for a $99 series that I never received. Decided to try coaching and did a down payment of $400, had buyers remorse and notified them before I went to any online meeting. Asked for a refund as I hadnt taken up any of their offers but was denied a refund. Never to part in any programming and now am out over $500 for absolutely nothing.Svelte Media, Inc.

1 starBEWARE!! This is a SCAM! They don't let you cancel after "free" trial. They send you emails from a different domain that has nothing to do with Svelte Training which usually goes to spam and you don't realize that they keep charging your credit card $50 per month for NOTHING! I am sure of illegal practices but it will take you cancelling your credit card for them to stop and then they might give you a call to update your card. HORRIBLESvelte Media, Inc.

1 starNo stars....I was sucked in like everybody else. Watched on Instagram waiting for some miracle weightloss diet formula that never came....I should have known better. It goes on and on, never telling you what you want to hear. She also had me get $49 on automatic payment every month. 1 starHi Everyone,I ONLY signed up for the One and Done program for $29, a onetime payment, and nothing else. My credit card/CC was erroneously charged $49 monthly for 6 months. I did not purchase or had signed up for any other services. There are good business practices and deceptive business practices. Svelte business has deceptive business practices to erroneously charge the customers without them knowing. I called my bank and reported the erroneous charges. Blocked my CC for any future charges. I received 3 months of refunds via emails. Each refund emails noted "you order number.....originally purchased on...." - I DID NOT make any purchases to begin with.This is a HOAX and a deceptive way of charging customers to make money the wrong way. STAY AWAY FROM SVELTE. This should also be blasted on UTube where the owner keeps advertising. We need to save the others from falling into this horrible trap.Svelte Media, Inc.

1 starI signed up for the $ 29 plan one time thing. I did not sign up for any further products and I do not appreciate getting billed. I would like my money returned immediately. Their signup for $29 is very unclear. I had no idea I was signing up for a $50+ subscription program every month that I havent really used. I happened to see a different charge in my account and followed up. Turns out I was being charged for months. Im not sure where they indicated this during my initial signup, but I thought I was paying $30 for a one-time program access. I see many reviews where customers were unknowingly charged, so Svelte should revamp their onboarding process because its coming across as deceptive. 1 starThis should be taken off of FB book. I fell for this advertisement on FB this morning after watching ********** presentation and honestly thought she was an honest person. Needless to say, after paying my $29.00 USD fee, I received three emails, all asking me to purchase additional programs. Luckily I did not take the bait. My reason for not purchasing any additional programs and paying more money was that I couldn't even get into the original program I purchased. I have sent 2 emails to requesting to cancel and be reimbursed for my purchase. I have not heard back from anyone yet the website states, it will take 24/48 hours to get a response back. I am notifying my credit card company immediately and asking them to place a hold on payment. PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS AS I DID unless you want to waste your money!Svelte Media, Inc.
