4 starsI actually purchased the 10 day Metaboost and the accelerated body transformation club. I've since added a few other programs and have enjoyed them all. I like that most of the worksouts are short like under 10 minutes. I didn't think it would do much but I built muscle with these simple isometric hold exercises. I've also enjoyed some of the recipes which made me think outside my box. The only thing I do NOT like is I get constant repeat emails for a free cookbook, and other dumb stuff that I am not interested in. I tried to unsubscribe but it appeared it wouldn't send anything then and some of the emails are for other short and sweet workouts which I do like to shake things up. I liked that this program helped me lose 30 pounds in 6 months and it really didn't take huge amount of time to exercise and taught me better ways to eat.Svelte Media, Inc.

5 starsI am very sorry to hear of some of the bad reviews. I purchased the plan back in August of 2023. I guess you could say I was skeptical just like any other weight loss plan. This however is not like any other weight loss plan. In fact it is a journey to better health. I have lost 48 pounds in less than 6 months. But the big thing is I feel better in so may areas of my life. Better sleep, more energy, less anxiety which makes relationships better, better hair and skin and less aches and pains. I will say I did have problems with the dashboard at the beginning but I worked with customer service and they fixed the problem right away. They also gave me an extra plan for my troubles. I only have good things to say about the plan. Food is absolutely delicious. And the plan helps you become better at knowing what you are putting in your mouth.Svelte Media, Inc.

5 starsI started this program with a goal in mind for my hormones etc and to try and ******* stubborn pounds . I had a hard time at first without cream in my coffee .. slowly I stopped the coffee while on the program and have it black. And most days dont have it all 9 months in 3x doing the detox and And 10days then doing my own thing I was down 13 pounds averaging 10 lbs and have kept it offIt has been a life change and I follow the program in my way now and have kept the weight down inches lost is 3 sizes down for pants and 1 size for tops . I feel great, sleep much better and have energy.For women over 40 I strongly recommend the program for hormone balance etcSvelte Media, Inc.

1 starIt is a non-recommended site, they begin to deduct money from you even if you request that they cancel your registration. They are not reliable . It would be advisable to send a complaint to the government so that the *** can investigate them. They keep answering that they are going to deliver the money and they don't, be very careful with this site, it seems honest but they are not. Maybe they are scamSvelte Media, Inc.

5 starsThis is a great program. I'm really glad that I haven't read all the bad reviews prior to purchasing the ********** Workout program. I'm 58 years old and I'm starting to be less in shape so I was looking for a good short program that I would be able to follow because I have little time to spare. ********** called my attention because it's only 7 minutes a day. (I can do that) Once I registered and purchased the 29$ program, I too was charged an extra 49$ the following week, but I gave them a call and they refunded me immediately. That's is because when I subscribed there was an option that I did not notice was selected. However to make a long story short. I absolutely love the ********** workout. It's doable and I'm sure I'm working out because during the first week my muscles were aching because of the lack of exercises. I feel good, and this program gave me motivation. Yes, you may miss the fine print at first, but when you realize it and want to stop, they make it impossible until you go to the BBB or Trust Pilot!Never trust a company whose ads start off with ******* talking about complete strangers walking up and complimenting their body. 1 starI would give zero stars if I could. I just realized that I have three $49 charges on my credit card from you. I ordered the green powdered drink and that was all. I am looking to try and find how to contact you and I came across this page. I see where you tell people that are not satisfied that they can get a hold of your friendly staff at email. but youve blanked out the email. I have tried to cancel like the ad says, but to no avail. I am paying $67.73 Canadian dollars every month and want it to stop! I am beyond frustrated as I can not reach anyone who will help me.
