    I actually bouth the lifetime membership back in 2018 when Svelte was just starting out. They literally only charged me$29 and never made another charge again. I stopped going to the webpage for a bit and thought they'd charge me again, but they didn't. They meant it when they said lifetime membership.
    The workouts are quick and doable for my bad back. I feel better and although I am not doing the diet to the T, after a few months of doing the 10 minutes a day I can see I have less arm fat and less belly fat. my clothes look better and I feel energized throughout the day. Thankyou Svelte. I am looking forward to purchasing the advanced routine since I am now 47 and feeling the menopausal weight challenges coming on. I need to lose weight and having a hard time, but I'm happy that I can do something that will have the effects of HIIT without taking a strain on my back. Great staff too!

    I joined the Svelte Community in 2020 after I had to have my ovaries removed. Due to the surgery I quickly gained ********************************************************************************************************** lose it. By following the Svelte detox, meal, and exercise plans, I was finally able to lose all 15 pounds. Through Svelte I have been able to get encouragement from Svelte community **************** amazing recipes, and ongoing support.     The One and Done Program has exceeded all my expectations! I am 47 and have MS which can make some exercises challenging. But, the program provides guidance and adjustments for every type of body/issues/etc. making it doable for everyone. I adjusted my meals as well, but more in my own plan with pieces of the plans suggestions also. I have lost 24 pounds since January 2nd 2024 ??????The coaches are amazing and quickly respond to questions or issues.I recommend this program!

    The same situation as ************** Terrible! I didnt even now who was charging me since September. They returned only 2 months out 6. $600.+ And I didnt even tried it.

    Hi *****! So sorry for the unexpected charges! The MetaBoost and One and Done programs both involve a one-time fee of $29. It looks like you also opted for the 7-day free trial of our Accelerated ************************ membership. This is something that is voluntary and had to be selected on the following page after you purchased One and Done or MetaBoost. The membership is billed at $49 per month starting when your free trial period is over. We understand that in some cases a customer may miss that, but I've taken it upon myself to honor our 60-day money-back guarantee period. That's not all, given the circumstances we have doubled that in your case and extended it to 120 days (twice the normal amount). We are willing to help in any other way that is possible. We know this isn't much but we've also given you lifetime access to a couple of our amazing programs!

    Hello,I bought a Diet program for download with a single price, on my credit card in ********, it was debited in euros: ***** on March 15, 2024, with the promise of receiving the amount back (refund) if I didn't liked the product offered.I noticed that 7 days later, on March 22, 2024, another undue and unauthorized payment of ***** was charged to my credit card.I did not purchase, I did not give permission and I did not agree to any further charges and any recurring monthly fees on top of any other monthly payment of ***** (or any other).It is wrong for personal credit card information to be used to automatically process a monthly charge without your customers' knowledge. I would like to receive a full refund of ***** due to this situation that caused me great dissatisfaction and embarrassment.Therefore, I am no longer interested in this program and wish to receive a full refund. I ask them not to charge any more money to my credit card. I look forward to your response as soon as possible, thank you

    I bought a program and agreed to make a one-time payment. I downloaded the documentation that I had paid for, but it didn't work for me because it included eating a lot of "magic" spices and they upset my stomach. They have been taking money from me monthly for a long time already. It took me some time to realize because the name that appears in the bank account is different from the name of the company. I just hope they give me my money back.

    Sat through a very long presentation, gave my credit card information, got stuck in another long presentation and couldn't get out to complete my purchase. I shrugged my shoulders and decided I won't bother. Well, they took my money but no email confirmation of the purchase nor a welcome email with links to the information. Very disappointed. Last Instagram purchase I will make.

    This company and the program is great!I have not had any unauthorized charges to my credit card, but you do want to be careful when you sign up for a membership that you only sign up for what you actually want (they do try to get you to add services as you go through the screens).Their customer service team has always given me any support I needed very quickly.And yes, the program requires effort, commitment and discipline, but it works! The recipes taste great and I lost weight every time I did it (enough to make it worth the effort). It is easy enough to incorporate everything you've learned into your life after going through the program and continue your success. I can honestly recommend it!
