    **************** 4-21-2024 I like many others ordered a one time purchase so I thought. Now after a third time charge of $58.00 a month is showing on my credit card. I wish to STOP this subscription immediately. I feel ripped off with confusing misinterpretation of product. Please assist me in rectify this problem.

    THANK YOU for being an HONEST COMPANY, in my opinion!! I purchased The One and Done Program (a HIIT exercise program, $29) a few years back, and, at the time, I was really struggling with daily pain from my illnesses and unable to do the program so I stopped?? Well, about a year ago, I contacted Svelte to get back on program, and, without a doubt or excuse, they abided by their lifetime warranty, which I truly appreciated their commitment!! I never received any other charges but the $29!! By the way, the program is easy for people of any age to follow, and has a program for different levels!! I would definitely trust any other programs they have, because I THINK THIS COMPANY IS FOR REAL??????

    I joined february 19 2024. I lost 20lbs. And inches everywhere. I started fixing my separated abs after pregnancy! It's a life-long way of living. No hungry fits. No worries about health. Energy and vitality. Strength and endurance. Svelte is amazing. I was not charged illegally. I paid once for the first package and loved it so much I paid another time for the life-long membership. I haven't been charged for anything else.

    I could not go lower than a 1 star or I would have. I authorized a ONE time charge to my credit card for $29.00. I never asked for anything to be charged in the amount of $49.00, which has been charged to my card for the last 2 months. I would like a full refund on my credit card asap. I have been reading these reviews on ************************* shocked this has been done numerous times. I do hope you will make this right.

    This company has a deceptive tactic to entice what a consumer assumes is a one charge for a plan. However, over 300 complaints have accumulated and more adding daily due to the simple fact that this company gets your credit card information and begins illegally charging you monthly for random charges - anywhere from $10.75 to $49 per month. I personally had this happen and when discovered asked for a refund. The company has a very cookie-cutter response to all complaints. They did refund me partially, but then continued to charge me monthly again. They claim they cannot offer refunds past a certain time frame. Please do not fall for their deception.

    Talked to Rep for ******. Said issue of monthly payments had been resolved. Only got two months back, not the three I had paid for. I had signed up for introduction to course at $40. 48 cd, but phone week later another charge of ***** was charged and then two more. I would like this rectified. I see I am only one if a number that was caught by surprise.
