  Fantastic exercises and nutrition information from positive, supportive, and energetic coaches with numerous alternatives to help all individuals achieve their healthy lifestyle goals. The exercises are designed for all fitness levels and are explained and reiterated throughout the training videos, which are filmed in a variety of settings that are relaxing and pleasing to the viewer. More people need to be Svelte Lifestyle members to improve their lives.

  Their customer service is wonderful. I wanted to purchase the product and they actually informed me that I already had and got back to me with the information and sign on so I would have to pay again! If the product is anything like the service, it is going to be amazing!!

  This program is amazing and delivers exactly what it says it will IF you stick to the program. I was very sceptical but tried it anyway. I tried it anyway,I not only lost weight in a very short period of time but my blood pressure and heart became normal for the first time in 20 years. I know my results may not be typical for everyone, but to me it's a huge success I thank **** and her team for creating this program.I get a response to any emails or questions I may have within 24 hours Great customer service!!!

  I ordered a product from them ONE time, a SINGLE product, and they have continued to charge me and this month the charge went up from $59 to $159! I dont want the product nor do I want to be charged but every time I reach out to them I get Zero response. I have told them to cancel the product, the subscription or whatever it is they have me on and they refuse to do it now charging me over $100 more! This has to stop and I need refunded my money.

  One & Done and Metaboost program of Svelte are truly transformative health programs. ****'s guidance and encouragement throughout the program make it a joy to commit to my workouts each day.   loved all the tips and suggestions and am now on a journey to better health!!!! I have lost 6 lbs in less than a week. I am having health issues so am hoping all of this will kick start me into a better place physically. I am starting with the 10 day Detox smoothie regime. I was so glad to see I could eat a hardboiled egg per day with this. Having said that, when I added it, I had major cramps, this program is helping to see what foods are causing problems with my system. The team has been awesome and I have appreciated them always getting back to me quickly. I have cancelled my membership after a free week trial. After reading the reviews below, I am hoping I will not be charged any more. One of the reasons I stopped the membership was the Canadian exchange rate makes it too much. Also, if you are needing a support team, this is the place to be, I on the other hand, have a great support team right where I live, I am rarely on FB to join the group chats.
