5 stars****************** have been consistently doing the ********** beginner series for about a year and a half now. I have seen dramatic results in my physique. The kind of results I had strived for for years but never seemed to achieve. I love the hip, press, hold. Best ab workout ever! In fact, all the core exercises are excellent. My plank has increased my upper body strength and I no longer have to drop my knees, I just hold it until I flex back to rest. This program is accessible to all levels of fitness and ages of people. Highly recommend!

5 starsJoined January 2024 and already lost 22lbs. Wonderful support from our coach and lots of help and hints with absolutely loads of recipes.Cant thank you enough for this program. Effective program for hesitant people .. .I hesitated to try one more program because I didn't want to be in pain, be exhausted, kick myself for being unmotivated, and quit. Or maybe get involved be excited but then overdo and hurt myself and/or quit. But this one is actually helping me because the One & Done workouts are only 10 minutes. And the beginner's program even spreads that out with recovery days in between, when I bike or walk, building up endurance. The exercises are do-able, and they highly encourage adapting if personal issues, frequently demonstrating options. I have arthritis all over my body and bad knees so this is critical for me. This is the FIRST TIME I have enjoyed several common but formerly-troublesome poses because they suggest doing them on the bed if needed - life changing! The coaches are encouraging, gracious, and upbeat but grounded. The food component & online community is amazing with more ideas and connections than I have time to fully utilize. The recipes I have tried were healthful, gorgeous, and tasty. I am excited about my results so far as I lost over ten pounds without being hungry, and on a recent vacation with our adult kids, my daughter was amazed at my ability to keep up with all the up and down hiking in the caves. Actually reversing my 64-year old body' trend is huge. I look forward to continuing and delving more into the program, knowing that if life gets overwhelming, I can always return to my 10 minutes and know it makes a difference.Svelte Media, Inc.

5 starsI love my new Svelte life, the warm community page is inspiring. The meal plans have changed how I look at food. Even when I havent perfectly been following the plan I still lost a kilo last month! With the morning elixir and thinking about how I fuel my body - inspired by ****, I feel like Im taking the power back over my health. And the 7 minutes a day ******* video clips, are a game changer! Here I was, running 3 times a week and seeing no results, with this plan, walking every day instead of running and 7 minutes a day of exercise, Im well on my way to reaching my goal!
