1 starWhen I signed up, I did not want to be a part of their $49.99 monthly subscription. I said that I only wanted the 7 day trial, multiple times. Well, they charged me $49.99 multiple times and will not give me my money back. I called multiple times throughout a year, and nobody will call me back. They stole my money. 5 starsThis program delivers what it says it will do I'm extremely happy with it. The food is awesome if you have questions they get back to you quickly. The exercise work and anybody could find one that works for them. I will and I have recommended this program to my friends and family. 5 starsThe Svelte **************** team is incredible. These folks spent the last three days deligently trying to get me access to a program I bought over 10 years ago. Every email I sent was answered in less than an hour and every email had an option for me to try. Thankfully, a lovely lady figured it out today and within 30 minutes of my last response I had access to the purchased program.I was so refreshing knowing that I was actually communicating with live people and no receiving fluff feedback. 5 starsI think Svelte Media is amazing! I purchased a product a long time ago and then lost track of it. Just a couple of weeks ago I was looking online and decided to sign up for this workout with ********. When I put in my credit card, I got the following message "It looks like you already own this product" I couldn't believe my eyes, most companies would have let me repurchase the product. The problem was that I didn't have any log in information so I sent a message to the support team and within 24 hours, I was logged in and working out... bravo Svelre Media, you're a treat to deal with!Svelte Media, Inc.

1 starI purchased the Metaboost Connection on September 10, 2023, with a payment of $45.56, which I understood was a one off payment. I did not sign up for a subscription and I did not give permission for or agree to any further monies to be taken out of my account for any follow up services or offers from Svelte Media ****** I have been charged the following-18/1/24 - $73.41. 17/2/24- $76.08. 19/3/24 - $74.62. 16/4/24 - $75.92. 17/5/24 - $74.43 This adds up to a total of $374.46 that has been taken from my account without my permission!!! I am very disappointed that Svelte Media **** would see this as ethical behaviour. I ask for the $374.46 be deposited back into my account and to cancel any further deductions from my account from this date 18 May, 2024!! **************Svelte Media, Inc.
