1 starI have noticed that I am being billed $49 on my credit card for I dont know what. I do not have a subscription for any health apps so why am I still being billed this amount. I am having difficulty giving a favorable review to Svelte Media. After I posted the first review I was contacted by them and told that they would give me a refund of 6 months of payment instead of the usual contracted 3 months. I never signed up to any program so there should have been no charges in the first place. I am happy to have received this but I was held hostage by having to commit to changing my first review before they would refund my money. In my opinion, this is not good business.Review fromMaree W

1 starI tried to cancel a membership within a 60 day window and the website will not let you unsubscribe. They have charged my account *****, *****, and another ***** within a 35 day window. That is morally wrong! I have not received anything to be returned, and I am within my rights to cancel for a full refund. Finally a group of people who explain why women over 50 have difficulty loosing weight and how the right nutrition can help us lose weight .
