5 starsI have been extremely happy with the programs that I've chosen through the Svelte system. They are reasonably priced, and when I had a pricing issue in the beginning, they were easy to contact and correct the issue. **************** is very helpful and friendly, and you don't wait on hold forever! The program itself has a variety of options to help you get started and stick with it, regardless of your commitment level, free time per day, exercise experience, food prep skills, etc. There is something for everyone. There is also a ****************** where many people find support and encouragement. There are so many success stories that I can't believe the rating here isn't higher! I'm achieving success, as are so many other people, and I'm going to keep it up as a lifestyle change because I feel amazing and want to keep that going!Svelte Media, Inc.

5 starsHello, my fabulous Svelte Family, soooooo here is the update on my fitness and weight loss journey. This one its funny but true. I recently went to ********* *****, I visited ****** a beautiful sea front old world style town. I stayed in a hotel located at a ******* All I can say is that it was magical.Although I did my Svelte routine every single day I have to admit that I eat more than usual but mostly seafood?????? and Mediterranean cuisine, it was to say the least Delicious ??. So when I got back home ?? I went to buy me some clothes and I really like a pair of pants I tried them on and they were just a ****** tight but fit me quite comfortably. I bought them and left the store thinking "I gained some weight on my trip " I thought that the pants were size 3, I never double checked, when I got home I realized that for the first time in my adult life I fixed into a size 2 pants.Woooooooo hoooooooo.Thank you Svelte ?? ?? ????When I Started this wonderful program and became part of the Svelte Family, I was 169 pounds and I used to wear size ***** tight pants. 5 starsI am very impressed with Svelte's MetaBoost and ABTC programs. 6 months ago I decided that I needed to get into a healthier state and found Svelte offering a good combination of dietary guidelines and exercise programming. The meal plans are based on healthy foods that can be found in most grocery stores and the exercises range from easy to challenging depending on the customer's ability level. Since joining I have lost several inches and 50 pounds. My recent physical showed that my cholesterol numbers have improved greatly as has my bone density. I am no longer in the obese category but have hit the healthy range. Hooray! My doctor is pleased and I have been able to reduce my medications! I view this as a 'better health plan' not a diet plan and physically feel so much better. Although some changes may be noticed in only the first few days, this is not a miracle potion and the customer has to be willing to put in the effort and stay the course.Svelte Media, Inc.

1 starI have emailed several times to have you STOP charging my account and yet you continue to charge me $58 a month, even though you SAY you have cancelled the account! We are now into the fifth month of charges! I would never recommend this company! Be very wary!Svelte Media, Inc.

5 starsTotally recommend this program. I Ive been a member for over six years. The program really works if you stick with it. I like the flexibility of the food choices, and the workout programs. I have purchased several of their programs and each one works if you stick with it and when you dont you can just get right back up and start again. I enjoy the ******** workouts and the variety of the workouts. I like the fact that I can pick and choose which part of the body I want to work out that day and how many times. I have rheumatoid arthritis and these workouts give me good mobility and I am building muscle and reducing body fat. Coach ****, *****, and **** are always very encouraging and respond to your request or likes quickly. The office also gets back to you if you have a question or need additional information.
