    Want to start your vacation off with a horrible experience? Rent a car from bait and switch I mean One Switch. If you refuse the insurance because you have coverage, they will ask to see a the details of your personal policy then after you provide that, they will want to talk to your insurance agent, then after that, they will tell you that you are required to leave a $2500 deposit! This is excactly what happened in my case. Yes this information is buried in the terms and conditions of the rental site so shame on me for not reading them. Trust me the dollars you save are not worth the hassle

    If you are looking for a place to take your money with sneaky policy and make up agreements and lies, then look no further this place is it! this place does not abide by the third party rental agreement, they make up restrictions without having to explain each of them the day you pick up the vehicle. If youre a ******* resident and have a ******* drivers license unlimited mileage it is not for you! You rent a car via Priceline or Kayak (for example) and it says unlimited miles, when you get to this place they failed to tell you that you dont qualified for unlimited miles because youre a ******* resident! this is a bunch a BS and this place is the definition of SCAMS! They will charge you penalty for everything that you did not know and or they failed to inform you. please DO NOT rent from this place! Ive never experienced this embarrassment with any other rental company but this one! please stay away and tell others to do the same!

    Dont do it you will regret it, they been hitting my credit card for charges , i got a $4 bill for toll charges they charged me a $65 processing so $70, then the next week i got a bill saying i ran a red light and i got hit with another charge for like 170, Ill never rent from them again,

    Worst car rental experience ever. They should be called bait and switch. Our $200 rental cost ** over $600 as they refused to accept our proof of insurance. Avoid at all costs!!

    PURE ****!!! THIEVES. LIES. INTIMIDATION! THREATS! THESE PEOPLE ARE STEALING AND THEY NOW IT!!! DO NOT....I REPEAT....DO NOT EVER EVER EVER RENT FROM THEM!!!!! They were LAUGHING at EVERY single customer each time they imtimidated them and forced extra charges on them!!! Ours was PREPAID and they scammed me for over $200 more for a "waiver" that I did NOT NEED. We used our OWN INSURANCE with NO DEDUCTIBLE!!! We were HOURS trying to get a car that was ALREADY paid WEEKS in advance!!! They would not bring us back to the airport even. It as A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, Of course, there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER that anyone answers!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES!!!!!!

    One switch is horrible customer service I can never speak to a manager they holding my $300 dollars security deposit over the release limit they keep blaming my bank, my bank says they see no release info it was supposed to release April 27th returned vehicle April 13th same as I received it no tickets no nothing and all I'm getting is the run around excuses, all I want is my money!

    Well first off we waited in line for almost 4 hrs when we got to ***** , then it was nothing but a hassle, I put in for a mid size car , told them my husband has hip replacement and just had a shoulder replacement to need a car with life well they gave us the most ridiculous car , all during our trip the engine light was on kept beeping saying see a mechanic and the tires were bald , I called about a replacement car they said no , then our flight home said 830 am when in fact it was for 830 pm on April 22 so we were charged 40 for them to change the time , plus I went through Priceline for me whole trip it was suppose to have my name for driving just tike the departure time was wrong then put his name in for the car and charged me 124 . 99 cents to add my name as a driver , why would we put down my husband when he just had a total shoulder replacement march 1 st 20/3 I have all the document from doctors to prove he cannot drive with his arm in a sling , plus talk about rude and mouthy people and everyone in that place stormed out or was ******** up a storm if there is anything u can do I truly appreciate it **

    I would like a refund on a rental I was never able to receive yesterday. I called one switch car rental at 10:40 am Friday. I called to let them know that my pick up time was 12:01 am but my plane does not arrive til 1:00 am. I was told I was fine because they're open 24/7 I called once I arrive and was told another car would be available because I was late. When I already informed them. In the process of me trying to get the car I already paid for I was told that I have to pay **** for a new rental I did not or could not afford the rental so I asked for a refund I was told to call a number they never gave me. I've also called them all day and no answers. Then your hidden term and conditions are mailed through spam on the day of TRAVEL. Can not possibly be a legit business

    DO. NOT. RENT. from One Switch or *************. THIS. IS. YOUR. WARNING. These guys are a SCAM!! If you think you're savingmoney you'd be wrong. Just go with *****. It's closer and they don't take advantage. We were on an extremelytight budget but ended up paying way more than what Hertz or one of those big car rental companies cost. I was traveling with my husband and ******* to visit family for aweek. When we got to the car rental office I was taking care of the car rental and my husband was watching ourtoddler. I stated that I didn't want the extra insurance becauseI had my own and that I wanted to pay with my husband's credit card. The sales rep said that my husband would have to sign if we were paying with his card. So we swapped places. I looked after our toddler and my husband went to pay. He had no idea what he was paying for and just signed the papers thinking that I had agreed to everything. I also remember the sales rep saying that we had unlimited tolls included in our car rental. WRONG. It was an added charge and not included. BE CAREFUL about that. We left the car rental place becausemy toddler was getting tired/cranky and we had all this luggage, a car seat, and a long drive ahead of us and had to quickly pack the car and head out. It wasn't until nearing our destination that my husband pointed out the cost of the car rental and I was thinking that cannot be. I tried calling the car rental office but becausewe were coming from ****** we didn't have service and didn't set up our phones to work in the US (only WiFi) SO I thought I'd deal with it when we returned the car, so it would not interruptour much needed holiday and visit with family. When I returned the car there was a rude snippy man who wouldn't do a thing for me and basically said 'TOO BAD' you already paid and rented the car. We had to catch a flight so time wasn't on my side and could not stay to debate with him or wait for a manager (it was 5:30am).
