  RUN from this outfit. This company should be shut down for fraud. I had a reservation booked through Expedia for a rental car during spring break. When I arrived One Switch pressured me to purchase their insurance for $140 even though I presented my Nationwide policy with me which clearly states my full coverage. When I pushed back and told them this amounted to "extortion", they canceled my reservation on the spot leaving me without a car. There were several other customers experiencing the same issue and very unhappy. I later discovered One Switch is not even accredited by the FL Better Business Bureau. Expedia should have never set me up with them. I am still disputing the deposit that was processed by Expedia to confirm the reservation.

  Rented a car back in January and just now as in today got notice of our deposit being returned. Every time we called and emailed it was always the same response. They say give it 15 days. We gave over two months, especially after being told initially it will be back on our card in ***** hours after returning vehicles. Let alone we received a c*** car that was dented to h*** and back and they refused to get us a better vehicle. We waited at the airport for over an hour for shuttle then got told after we arrived to get rental we had additional fees. This business is a joke and should be shut down.

  Avoid. Was also bullied into buying insurance. They drive you 15 minutes from the airport and tell you they won't give you a car without paying for the premium insurance that was not included in the advertised price. $50 rental ended up being 185 for 3 days. I wish I would have found these reviews before

  Rude service, they lie to you about your security deposit and you can never talk to an actual person after you've returned the rental car. I've been waiting 18 days to receive my $750.00 deposit. This place should not be allowed to remain in business.

  Total nightmare of a business. No one should waste their time or money on this rental place.This place is nothing more than a scam. Someone needs to step up and shut this place down. They are makin money and no one leave with a rental car. CLOSE IT DOWN

  If I could give this car rental company negative stars I would. The manager there is beyond rude. We purchased a rental as well as insurance through Cheapo Air, and he would not accept the insurance coverage we had. I was on the phone with the insurance company for over an hour, with the lady telling him that the policy was acceptable and he kept denying it. I said I wanted to speak to his boss, that I was going to file a complaint. After three hours of back and forth, he finally throws a waiver in front of us to deny his insurance. This place wasted our time. Also, we were traveling with a 3 year old, that was tired and crying and hungry and he didnt care. Still gave us a hard time. After I told them 3 times we needed a car seat, he still didnt put the car seat through, until we told him a 4th time after he gave us the keys. Worst experience I have ever had with a car rental company. TERRIBLE! Go get your rental car elsewhere and save yourself the aggravation.

  I would have left a 1 star review because of the **** this place is. But there is one wonderful employee there that earned them 1 stars, ********. Once you've been driven way off the ************* property to a new location, you sometimes give it just because you're tired. The rental agreement I got via email said $698 for 28 days of a medium sized car. Great deal, right? oNLY $25/day. Wrong! If you don't have one of six insurances that they accept, they charge you such a huge amount for insurance that you end up paying $89/day in my case. Ridiculous. But ******** jumped in there and helped me get my phone hooked up to the screen when no one else could. He was charming, eager-to-please and the only good thing about that otherwise crappy place. I stood there waiting for nearly an hour for my "contract," so to speak, to come through to their computer, even while I was holding my confirmation email in my hand. Only after waiting that long did I learn that since I had ******** insurance, high-value coverage, they were going to charge me $2350 for 28 days. AND -- get this, once I'd already signed the paperwork and wanted to change my mind, they told me there were no cancellations. They would keep the entire amount. Jeez!!! How are these people still in business. The only good thing about the place is ********.

  0 Stars!!! Absolutely worst car rental experience ever. I have no idea how this place is in business. Pre-paid for a rental and they couldnt give it to us due to insurance issues. Not a single person in front of me walked out with a car either. They came up with different excuses for everyone and was a complete scam. Wasted the entire morning going back and forth and ended up back at the airport with a reliable company to rent from. Left without a refund and was told they have zero management there. If you want to get scammed and lose hundreds of dollars then by all means, rent away!

  0 stars!!!! This place is a scam!!! They bullied us into buying insurance even though I declined knowing my insurance coverd it. They said it was mandatory I asked how that was. Being stuck taking to this place by shuttle bus I was irate and asked why? Response was it was mandatory. Rip off!!!. That's what I call illegal. Paid it because we were stuck! Advertise low prices because you get charged x amount extra for everything else. I could have lease a car for a full month less than what I paid for a 4 day rental. Also the manager spoke Spanish with the staff member I'm sure he was telling him to say it was mandatory. We got the car was to be a full suv that we paid for we got a very old jeep cheeiki beat to h*** And went down street and abruptly drove back there was a definite problem with the tires was unsafe! We did get another car but makes you wonder WHY was this vehicle even aloud to be rented? Also pretty sure the manager gave us the crappyist vehicle on purpose because I disagreed so much to the insurance. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY !!!!!! Beware of good deals like this they are very deceiving And ripped vonurable people off they know they have you in a bad spot and take full advantage of it!

  Total scam, rented a car through Orbitz, all that was due was $24.65 after pre paying a partial payment through the Orbitz website, once I arrived they wanted to charge me again for what I already paid to Orbitz, in addition to that scam, they asked for a declaration page for my insurance, in 25 years of renting cars Ive NEVER been asked for a declaration page, your insurance card is always considered proof. That $24.65 car rental turned into neatly $400. I disputed the additional scam charges through my credit card company successfully. Dont ever fall for this scam!
