    The absolute worst rental company ever. Do not rent from this company. I have been renting cars for more than 30 years. They are out right thieves. Everything about them is deceptive. The Tampa airport location is off-site and not clearly defined when booking. They require a physical copy of my insurance police to show that I had rental insurance. I had a copy of my insurance card, however they would not accept it, forcing me to take out their insurance of $29 per day. Once I received the car, it was dirty with trash in the backseat and it smelled of weed. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY

    Avoid this company.!Wish I could give a zero! I arrived at West Palm Beach, Florida Easirent inside the Hilton hotel, at the time I reserved. I was told by an agent that there was a minimum of a 3 hour wait for a car but no guarantee. Agent had no explanation as to why he did not tell me this 20 minutes earlier when I called him from the airport. I told agent that I no longer wanted to rent with Easirent. I was not offered assistance with booking a car elsewhere. I returned to airport where I ended up spending $400 more than the price I had booked at Easirent for a last-minute booking at Enterprise. Additionally, Easirent did not assist me at all with getting my refund from Booking.com.

    ************** I just called the customer service department and they acted uninterested in my complaint and experience. So I asked if I should even continue with what happened and she said, "no ma'am" and hung up on me. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! They will give you a filthy car and claim they can't wash it because "they don't have access to water." Guess they don't have the ability to vacuum either, because the car was covered in human hairs, there were dried up rice grains all over the trunk area, the dirt was so thick on the areas around the trunk it fell off in clumps. A huge bird p*** stain on the hood, complete with a couple hundred dead bugs. The car also wreaked of marijuana and then two employees tried to gaslight me and my husband that it didn't. Then they will have the audacity to charge you $50 extra per day if you are a ********* local and want to use the car for an out of town trip. Refused to take the weed smelling car and the next one they brought out was so covered in bug guts it looked like it hadn't been washed in a year. I have never seen such a scam in my life. Got a refund, went to Enterprise Rent-a-car within the hour and walked out paying $125 less and had no stipulations on where I could take the car. Didn't have to prove my residency in ********* with utility bills either. Didn't have to have my car insurance agent prove my coverage over the phone. Easirent acts like people will steal their dirty nasty cars. Please GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! And I feel sorry for the employees who feel they need to be shady to customers just to get a paycheck. Yikes!

    Was not located where stated, off-site and off-site return. 1st car, the cigarette smoke was severely strong; I'm highly allergic, so I requested another car (the counter person was very rude (but the manager was fine). 2nd car was very dirty, and on the second day of rental, the temp tag in the window ran out of date; when called, they stated don't worry about it. The website is very misleading about the "policies" that they have in place and where the business is located. If I had known that there would be no shuttle to take us *******************, I would have booked from another company. I would not want anyone to have this experience, horrible customer service and cars are very dirty inside and out. I was not the only one not happy in the building, 3 other customers, with 1 walking out.

    They do not even deserve a star.What a horrible experience. No cars available when we arrived and the rental was prepaid!I would suggest no ever do business with them!

    Fasirent ******* ***************** they are liars, false advertisements for unlimited mileage and then they do not allow you to cancel the rental. I am still disputing with my credit card. Thank goodness I took a picture where it stated unlimited mileage. This office in ***************, they make you purchase insurance even if you have full coverage, when its not required in the ****************, and the customer service is very poor. You call the main office and you leave messages and nobody returns your calls. No wonder it is rated an F!

    Pick a different company. This company has NO customer service. Via Priceline my bill was $192.00 for 5 days. The company put a direct fee in for $187, which they claimed was for insurance. I have insurance and can provide proof. I called the rental office and they referred me to the number. I spoke to a representative who could not do anything for me except give me an email address to write to corporate. Poor customer service. I ********************** often and will NEVER use this company again. In the earlier reviews I see that Priceline has been offering their platform and will complain to them as well. If they want to good ratings, they need to consider dropping this company.

    DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. There is nothing "easy" about it. Here was my experience in ******:- It takes forever for their van to pick you up at the airport - they are about 15 minutes west of the airport, so if you just missed the van, it's at least a 30 minute wait - It takes forever to get your car when you get there. The check in process is lengthy and no one moves with any urgency.- Upon return, once you drop off the car, they do nothing to ensure you get on the shuttle *******************. I waited 30 minutes for the shuttle to arrive, watched the driver get out and disappear inside for another 10 minutes, then come back out and move the van so another car he was blocking could leave, and then the van never came back. When I asked customer service about that, they said "oh, yeah, he went to the airport" and "didn't you see him?"It is not the customer's responsibility to chase down the van driver. There were many of us in the waiting room, yet no one came in to say "the van is heading to the airport."Slow and extremely careless about the experience of their customers, I recommend you avoid this place at all costs. When I emailed them about my experience, did they reach out to make things right? No, they never responded.

    Horrible company. Rented through Priceline and when we arrived at the location - inside a hotel - they had 0 cars. None for anyone. Very disreputable company. I don't know why Priceline would be associated with them. Hopefully Priceline means it when they say they have refunded my money. Learned my *******

    Glad i came here to read reviews... confirming a car in Dallas that was booked thru Priceline, but the rental reservation indicated "Cancelled". After FIVE calls in which long holds resulted in the call disconnecting, I finally got thru and was told my reservation had been "cancelled by duplication" -- whatever that means -- and that NO CARS WERE AVAILABLE FOR THE REST OF THE MONTH -- IT'S THE 2ND OF NOV????? Run fast and far from this company -- and if Priceline doesn't fix their poor judgement in making reservations thru Easirent, I would also avoid renting cars thru Priceline!
