    I wish I would have read the reviews first! This is thievery at its finest. Bait and switch, lies, rude, and outright stealing! They set me up to pick up a car at 10 pm but fail to mention they close at 10 pm. I waited an hour for their shuttle. Spent $75 in Uber charges to get there at 6 am when they open only to be told they gave the car away and had no more cars!?! From the time they closed to the next morning they gave my car away. Of course you cant reach them by phone and worker threw me out of the place and called the cops cause I wanted a refund!! This has to be illegal! So many disgruntled people while I was waiting outside for the cops! Do not do it!!!

    This "business" needs to be shut down immediately. It's a completely unprofessional operation run by lazy, incompetent, rude people. There is clearly a significant leadership issue and it must come from the very top. This is the worst car rental company to have ever existed. It took me almost 3 hours to get a rental car that I had reserved weeks in advance. The staff was rude and used racial slurs frequently. Avoid this dump at all costs! Even if you have to lose money, stay away because this trash pile of a business will ruin your day for sure. It's almost like they get a kick out of it.They'll charge you extra deposits for having an out of state driver's license (seriously WTF?) or crossing state lines in the vehicle. Every. Single. Other. Customer I talked to during this nightmare said the exact same things so it's not just a "one-off". This place is run by idiots if not criminals. Stay away!!!

    HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE I had a car booked to pick up on Friday Oct 7, 2022 in TPA. I called the day before to confirm and was told that even though the website says it closes at ****, they are actually open until ****. My flight landed at **** and was at the shuttle location at ****pm, One of the airport personnel told me easirent does not run past ****, so I took a cab to the location listed on the voucher. The address listed on the voucher is incorrect. When I did arrive at the location listed on the voucher it's a different rental agency but still had the easirent awning on it. I was confident I reached the correct address and told the cab driver to leave after I paid him. When I entered the location I was told that easirent had moved 3 months ago and they never came back to take their awning. I was told I could take a 10 minute walk and find it on my right. At the same time another gentleman came in with the same issue because his voucher said the same. We both walked to the relocated spot and I also had my 14 year old son with me. When we got there it was CLOSED, We both tried calling from when we landed at **** with no answer. He was also told the place closes at ****. We both walked back to the original rental place and now I was forced to rent a car from them. . I was left at a desolate spot with a 14 year old child and no cabs in sight due to the fact that the incorrect address was listed on the voucher as well as having an awning stating its the location listed.I had to rent a vehicle for 750 dollars to get to my destination. I have tried calling the ***** location Friday, Saturday, Sunday and today(Monday) and no one answers. Whoever manages the ***** location should be FIRED. By far this has been the worst experience I have ever gone through regarding a car rental. I tried calling your customer service number and the girl hung up on me . She told me she does not handle complaints and to follow directions online

    DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!! They are the biggest scam and I cannot believe they are in business. Waited 30 minutes for the shuttle from the airport and then another 1.5 hours at the office only to be told that we were late and they had given away our car and there was nothing they could do to help me. I booked an 8-seat SUV, she said she could give me a 5 seater Jeep but it would be the same price. I said what if I just keep it for 2 days and then return it? She said no, my reservation was for 10 days, I would have to pay the whole 10 days and there was no possibility of coming back for the correct car that I would be paying for and no credit if I brought it back early. I was stranded with four hungry and tired kids, had no idea where we were and wish I would have just gone back to the airport, but she said I should book a new 2 day rental and then try to trade up, so I did and then she gave me a ****** Corolla when I booked a full size after she had literally just told me she would give me a full size. I booked and paid through Priceline but then she said she needed my card for any tolls we went through and they charged me for the rental again that I had already paid on Priceline. I am now having to dispute the charge. I really could go and on about how terrible EVERYTHING was and how they are clearly taught to lie and be misleading. They need to be shut down. Had a fantastic experience with ****, will use them from now on.

    This is a car rental company that does not have actual cars. I booked a rental car from Easirent, and after waiting 40 minutes for a shuttle to the rental car pickup, I find 20+ people all waiting for cars and absolutely zero cars. This company is a scam, where they just take people's money for car rentals and don't actually ever provide them a rental car. Avoid

    Horrible service. Prices advertised online are cheap. Then when you arrive to the rental place they add on all types of fees & force you to get insurance. The 2 cars I had were garbage. The first one I had the battery died on me twice leaving me stranded. The second one had expired tags & cosmetic damage from the previous renter. I received a parking ticket in ***** due to the expired tags. I asked the manager ***** for some sort of reimbursement for the horrible rental experience & see offered NOTHING.

    Horrible! No one in upper management willing to make accommodations due to hurricane. Picked up car at ***** branch to evacuate hurricane. Was told very clearly by front desk they would not take my personal full coverage through Progressive and additional coverage in case of hurricane. He clearly stated I had no choice and had to purchase their insurance. Later that day, when evacuating to *******, we called because found out they should have accepted my insurance. Was told by MANAGER we had to come back to branch to sign another contract in person! When we told her we had already been stuck in evac traffic for 2.5 hours and GPS saying another 2.5 hours to our hotel she said we HAD to go into a physical branch before they closed the airport at 10pm. *************************** was an additional 30 mins from our hotel. No accommodation of allowing us to send our proof of full coverage and sign - scan - email new contract. Then today when I called to see about extending rental due to poor road conditions back to ***** and delayed flight the call center supervision called the ***** supervisor and came back telling me I HAD to go into a physical branch because of the insurance contract despite poor road conditions and going out of my way. When I refused to go in person, the supervisor had the nerve to say I was at fault for accepting the insurance!!! This is after I told her the front desk said I had no choice and he would not rent even with my insurance!All this could have been avoided on their part from the start. I only expected full refund of added insurance and never asked for refund of rental itself. I did ask for them to cover cost of added day, but at this point I just will drive and drop their car off to get this over with. Quite frankly this experience has been very frustrating. I NEVER will recommend them in the future. Never trust a company who doesnt take accountability for their employees mistakes and makes the customer go out of their way to fix the error.
