    ***** this company at all costs. Car broke down 45min into trip. Called but no customer service after 9pm (they decided to go home early). Forced to take an **** to local hotel. It has been nearly two weeks and they have not refunded anything and no communication even after I emailed corporate manager ****** ******* (no way to call corporate). Local manger Jaden ****** seems to be attempting to help but without resolution, who knows.Horrendous experience and even worse professionalism. Do anything you can to avoid this company.

    I would give Easirent minus 5 stars if possible! We recently flew to *********** then took the shuttle to the rental center. Easirent NOT located there. We had to wait 30 minutes for their van. The rental center was about a 15 minute ride away It was located in a warehouse building it took almost 2 hours to get waited on. Then I was told I was at the wrong location and my rental was at Love airport. They didnt even tell me that the Easirent location at ********** wasnt at the airport. So we Ubered to Love airport then had to wait 30 minutes for the Easirent van!! If they wouldve told us that the Easirent at ********** wasnt at the airport we couldve taken the **** to that location. It was FOUR HOURS after we got our luggage before we finally got our car rental! To say Easirent ***** is an understatement!! I will NEVER use Easirent again!! So many of the customers at the *** location were upset with Easirent . Save yourself the trouble and dont use them!!

    Can I leave a "0" star?? We prepaid our car reservation 2 weeks before our trip. Arrived at the airport, waited for 45 minutes for the shuttle. Called them, and was told they won't be picking us up - they have no cars, and about 20 others couldn't get them either. Offered us NO solution. Ended up with the last car in the airport to the tune of $570 MORE than what we were going to pay. This was May 8th. 2 months later we still have NO resolution, not even our original money back.

    I understand there are problems with any business, but this one is awful. 0 customer support. Management on any level are evidently trained to never talk to a customer or fix any problem. Rented a car for 7 days it broke down within an hour. Wrecker came and picked it up the following morning. No replacement no refund and now here it is and they are constantly trying to charge erroneous charges. Run far from this place.

    Stay far away from this company! I booked a rental car with them in March. Then the other day, my card was just charged from Easirent in *******. Clearly it is fraud, but they do not protect your information. They scam you. Very scary and so inconvenient now since I have to get a new card and cancel all my information from my previous card.

    I booked for June 26 to 28. 3p pickup. I learned at 10am on the 26th, I could not make the 3p pick up. Tried calling the office many times. No one picked up. I couldn't change the reservation, it said contact the office for help. Still no answer with the phone. I went to see if I could pick it up at 9a on the 27th. Found a customer service number, they said " because you were always no show, you were charged , and you cant pick up." I explained what occurred, no help. I said " you didn't explain the no show policy. I'm showing up and how do you help if no one can reach the office? " still no help.

    DO NOT rent from this shady company!!!! From being overcharged, left in the hot sun waiting for a shuttle for over an hour to the car seat not being adjustable the whole experience was miserable. To top it off when I called to express my upset they hung up on **** rented from their *************** location and no one warned me it was a double shuttle from the airport - the second shuttle wouldn't have been such an issue if it ever came .... another shuttle from a different company saw me waiting in the uncovered waiting area three times of picking up his customers and felt so bad for me and my two year old he brought me to the location. From there I was coerced into purchasing sun pass for $144!!! when i asked if I had a choice he told me I didn't because I was going to drop off in *****. Which come to find out it was a total lie there was a route I could have taken to avoid sun pass which was only 15 minutes longer on top of that the two tolls that were sun pass were $1.50 & 50 cents - the price ***** here is unacceptable. The car seat they gave me I didn't realize wasn't adjustable. It was totally maxed out. Well my daughter had a growth spurt and she had be shirtless for the seat to fit her properly. Luckily it was just enough to tolerate until we left, but realistically my daughter is pretty small - any other toddler that would not have worked. Overall it was a miserable experience and they have a policy that you can only request a refund 24 after signing the paperwork. So I have zero recourse after finding out there were choices for the sun pass.The shuttle experience was also so terrible and what I was offered for the inconvenience was a 1/2 tank of gas when the car didn't even come full to start. NEVER rent from them. Pay attention who 3rd party apps register you with. This was honestly the absolute worst car rental experience I have had and in general with any business.

    On the evening of March 17th at approximately 7 PM, we arrived at the EasiRent site to pick up our rental with all the proper identification and insurance documentation. The person handling our rental told us we didn't have proper insurance documentation. THEY refused to rent us a car. We got a ride back to the airport car rental site and rented a car with **** using the exact same documentation refused at EasiRent. As for being late, the car was paid for back in November, how could that be late??? EasiRent can lie, cheat and steal all they want, doesnt make it right and projects onto you ******************. We contacted you on the morning of the 18th as it was 1 AM by the time we got to our hotel room. WE DIDN'T REFUSE A CAR - EASIRENT REFUSED TO RENT TO US FOR AN INVALID REASON. This is a SCAM! Please refund the $647.42. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau today and I am going to do a lot of free advertising for you. I have since gone out and read the reviews listed on the EasiRent site and contacted prior renters of EasiRent.this is a common practice for them. ITS A SCAM!!!! Have you ever been to this site? It is a run down portable trailer with a dirt lot, poorly fenced in a very shady part of *********. There were several times I truly did not feel safe. What is wrong with you **************************************?? Why would you ever do business with such a company?? Booking #B77638762 ******* *******

    Surprised upon pickup that taking the car out of state would more than double my total cost. I rent vehicles several times a year and have never encountered a rule like this. Would have been nice to know prior to arriving at the office.

    So Priceline and other travel websites allow this thieving business to accept reservations for cheap cars, but you won't get your car if they accept your reservation for 11pm. They close at 11, so no, there won't be a shuttle coming to pick you up and take you to their off-site location. Using their shuttle-location link doesn't work because the shuttles have stopped.. Calling doesn't work because they're closed for the day. The dozen or so people who waited with me for more than an hour finally took taxis to our destinations, as it was too late (after midnight) to find another rental car. When attempting to get a refund for the money I was charged, they had the audacity to call me a no-show, and said even though my rental agreement was for 11pm, I should have been there earlier to pick up the car. Huh? Are they daft or just used to ruining people's business and vacation travel? They insisted I didn't call them --- but their office was closed and if they accepted messages ( I don't remember) I certainly would have left one. They should not be in business, nor should Priceline or Expedia allow for them to be partners in crime.
