    I rented in *************** area, an after 2 and a half hours waiting, the Manager ****************, because he did not said he's first name with a big smile and very sarcastic just laughing , sorry "There's no more cars , you have to wait for returning and wash it and prepare. Fake promises , like scams,, NOT UNLIMITED MILES FOR LOCALS, for one day rental 500 hundred deposit, cars in terrible and dangerous conditions. There was a lady that will drive to *******, and the other co-worker looks the tires and told her please drive slow... Can you imagine.... Finally after 3 hours wasting my time I went to Budget and 0 problem. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS PLACE...,...

    This place has terrible customer service. I rented a car from the ****** location which was fine. But my deposit was never returned. It currently says pending on my Credit Card which has been for a few weeks now. I tried calling the company and they will not answer the phone. Do not EVER rent from them again.

    ****!!!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! This place should be shut down or flagged somehow when booking through a 3rd party!!! When I arrived at the airport and called for the shuttle, I was told their only employee had an emergency, by the manager, and no one was able to pick me up or rent me a car, even if I had I gotten a ride to the hotel! When I tried to pick up car another day, they said because I was a no show that they cancelled my reservation and would not give me a refund!!!!!! I spoke to the customer service agent, called the managers personal cell phone and no one would give me a refund! The employee working the following day said I was lying and someone was available to pick me up!!!!! C*** *****************! This is fraud in my book! ****!!(Also after reading ****** reviews, post this experience, they have done the same thing with saying there was a family emergency and left people stranded!!!)How are they getting away with this?!?!?!

    The company, Easirent is negligent and fraudulent. Easirent gave us a dangerous car in Dublin, Ireland. We unfortunately got a screw in one tire. When we took the car to get a patch done we were told the car was on the road illegally. It was easy to spot why as there was no tread left on the tires and one had a huge bulge we were told could break at any moment. We lost over a day of vacation waiting to have the tires replaced (out of pocket) because of Easirent's negligence. It was bad, but could have been a great deal worse. They are now refusing to refund any portion of the rental saying the bulge and bald tires could have happened at anytime between renting the car on the 23rd and getting the screw on the 29th of November.

    It is incredible that this rental car is allow to stay in business.I made my reservation including car insurance to avoid any issues at the time of pick up. Well the customer service representative forced me to buy an extra insurance, saying that without the second insurance they will not allow me to have the car.I complained at the time of signing the contract, the representative told me that he has not time for this since he was having a bad day, so if I do not leave he will punch me on the face. I told him that I will call the police if he does not change his behaviour and he responded "I do not care".I believe The Better Business Bureau and the Broward County need to take action on this type of services.

    Horrible service like a scam. I reserved a car for picking up at 9:45PM. When arrived, after getting the luggage, it was 10:00PM. We waited at the airport for more than 1 hour, there was no shuttle picking us up to pickup the car. We call to cancel and refund the reservation, but no one answer the phone. The reservation was prepaid. It is a SCAM. Never take their service. I hope I could choose 0 star if I could. It is worth of 1 star at all.

    We rented at Miami airport and had a really great experience. Frank got all the paperwork completed and was friendly and efficient. The car was awesome. When we arrived to return the car, the shuttle driver was about to leave but he waited for us, quickly checked us back in, and then helped load our luggage in the shuttle. Quick trip to airport A good value and an experience that could not have gone better.

    Worst car rental place in the world! Terrible customer service and terrible delivery of a service! If you want to go cheapbe prepared to be treated poorly! They had us waiting at the airport for over 2 hours and then accusing us of lying about it! When called back, they never answered and when they finally did, they said they werent answering because I keep calling and they are being bothered. If Im paying for a service that you said youd provide and arent getting, of course Ill keep calling. As Im typing Im still waiting for the shuttle. We will see how this goes! Please I urge people never to use Easirent! They are the worst car rental place in the world. It pays to learn!!

    I honestly would not even give this company 1 star but i had to select to be able to write. It was the worst rental car experience I have ever had. When we arrived to pick up our car we were told they did not have the rental car/type that we rented all they had left was Pick up Trucks and Large SUV's which ok we didn't need that big of a vehicle however we were fine with it as it was our only option. We go to check out with the employee and he says that will be extra $480.00! What!!!!! Ok so then we explained to him that we wanted the car that we rented however they didn't have it available so why would that be our fault. ***'s reply was it is what it is and it happens. Huh!!!! We went back and forth with him and then he said if you don't want the car he has plenty of others that would take it. We then asked for our money back and he said we will have to fight that with our credit card he has nothing to do with refunds. I asked *** how would you feel if you rented a vehicle thinking you were going to pay $138.00 Then when you went to pick up the vehicle it was $618.00-his reply it happens to me all the time do you want the vehicle or not. I personally have been renting cars for 30 plus years and this has never happened to me. This company is the worst company i have ever come in contact with and would never rent a vehicle from them or recommend them to anyone.

    It is impossible to contact anyone in the company with a problem. The local branch doesn't answer any calls . There is no email address to contact , there is no head office contact number . They have charged my credit card $150 claiming the car was returned late. Contract return time was ***** am delivered and received at their facility at **** am . Yet they have added these late charges . It is impossible to dispute or query because there is no contact person ,email all telephone numbers just ring and get ignored
