    Worst car rental experience, ever! Over charged, not quality vehicles as advertised. Filthy interior and dirty outside. Also had lots of vehicle damage. Booked through Priceline. Tried to hand off keys to return vehicle, and there were 12 adult customers with 5 kids, and two agents working. No greeting, no thank you extended. Waited for 45 min before leaving for my flight. I will contact Priceline to let them know them should cut ties with this company. They get away with it because they are not accredited and they don't have any loyalty or incentive to customers.

    I am not going to waste much time on explaining what happened with the unprofessional, uneducated, rude company. Just know that they are liars and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Dont go to them and run the opposite direction!!!!

    Similar experience as all others that listed their concerns. This company should not exist they overcharge you they dont answer your calls they should be put out of business. The only one I could speak to was a woman out of *************, and it seemed she was with a group of family well talking to me, I am so sorry that I have a rented from them and will make sure that everyone I know will never use this company.

    Never again with this company! My advice: stay away. I had reserved a car at the FTL location. Upon arrival, they wanted to see evidence that I have collision insurance and liability insurance. Collision I had covered with my credit card. But, I did not have evidence of liability insurance (note: I rent about a dozen cars each year at various locations, and never, ever had to provide evidence of liability insurance). They had never mentioned this requirement during the booking. In the end, they charged me $19/day for this. Unbelievable. When I then got my car, the first thing I noticed was the "oil change is due" notification. I went back to tell them that I would decline any risk by driving the car around Florida for a week. The answer: "oh, that is just an internal notification...no worries"!!!! "Do you still want that car?"

    Reference # ******* I rent a car on ***** (**** *******************) on sep 26, 2022 I was driving to ***** and at the alligator on 75 a flat tire, I went back to see if there is a spare but NOTHING, I call the office of easirent NOBODY answer me, so I have to call a tow to pull me to the closest shop to change the tire I paid for all that I lost my fly, I went back with the new tire that I paid to ***** and with money that I expend on the tow, I explained to the lady that was there.. she just told me to call, and I did every single day... and NOTHING i received a email from LIEA saying that she will call me on the next 24 hours that email was from Jan 3, 2023.. now today 2/16/2023 Im still on the phone waiting with 36 min waiting...

    We recently rented a car from the MIA location on Dec 26th through the 29th. The car that we were provided had been in an accident which Arnold (the gentlemen who gave us the car) was aware of. We got the car in the morning and did not drive it that night so we did not notice until the next day, Tuesday, Dec 27th at which time we went to donner and realized afterwards that the front headlight on the driver side was out, We were actually pulled over for this but were not ticketed by the officer as we explained it was a rental and we did not know. I attempted to call the office that evening and several times on the next day Wed but no one answered and there was no answering machine. As a result of the headlight not working, we ended our evening early on Tuesday, and were not able to drive the car Wed either after dusk. When I returned the car on Thursday, I explained to A******d that the car had one headlight out as a result of the prior accident it had been in and he told me he was not aware of it not working. I asked what they could do and to reimburse us for not being able to use the car at night and he said he could not do anything and that I should email ***** *****. In addition, the car smelled like marijuana and being that I am military did not want to chance getting pulled over again. The car was not cleaned prior to us renting it as it still had trash, wrappers, and receipts from the last renter. I hope that we can come to some resolution on this as we were very displeased. When I turned the car in I also asked why no one answers the phone and Arnold told me, “Yeah, we don’t answer the phone here at the office.”

    Wish i could give them negative stars! Horrible. I do NOT recommend at all. NO customer service, they never ever ever answer their phones! We were due a refund and they refused. No professionalism at all! I do not see how they are still open. i believe the BBB needs to take action. By all the other reviews, you can see how I am not at all alone in my thoughts on this place. We went through a third party not knowing about this awful place. Stay AWAY from this place!

    ***** alert! I made a pay-at-the-counter reservation through Orbitz. When I got to the counter, the clerk told me they were only honoring prepaid reservations, but I could still pay triple the price for a different vehicle. What a ****!

    We reserved a mid size SUV 6 months before our vacation to make sure we would have no issues. Upon arrival at JAX we found out contrary to the booking they are not at the airport and we had to find a shuttle for a nearby parking garage to give us a ride. Once we arrived we found out they only had 1 vehicle left and it was not a suv but a compact sedan that was damaged which is why it had not been rented. When asked why this happened we were told that they do not honor reservations unless they are pre paid. If you need a vehicle locally this maybe ok but flying in from out of town I want to know they have a vehicle I requested or at least give me a call before saying you are unable to honor the reservation so I dont have to do the ride of shame back to the airport and find a vehicle from one of the on-site vendors. They had plenty of vehicles and I spent a bit more because I didnt shop around but I had looked on-line a week before this trip just to see if prices had changed and in reality the name brand rentals were all about the same price as my reservation but I stuck with the reservation I had made 6 months before since I made an agreement. If you make a reservation with easirent just be prepared that it doesnt mean anything to them unless you prepay and even then I am not sure what they would have done when I showed up because they had no cars let alone any SUVs.

    Crooks and scammers! Reserved a car online for $250. Ended up paying over $500 at pick up. The car they gave me is total ****, shakes and everything. Unbelievable that companies like this exist and remain in business. I got scammed big time but never again.
