  Was totally discussed and appalled with the orlando location. Woman **** that works there doesn't deserve a job(completely nasty, disrespectful, limited vocabulary and siren right dead wrong) The whole experience was ass backwards. Don't waste your time making any appointments because Once you get there you have to sit behind everybody else that is waiting in the lobby. I explained to **** that the way they run. The place is ridiculous and she handed me my license and credit card but saying she wasn't gonna rent me a vehicle. Now if i waste 2 hours Already I would have told her where to go but they're attitude. Then I had the Audacity to tell me, My manager's right here and if you got a problem you could talk to her. I believe her name was *****. I felt like I was In a 3rd world country being from New Jersey and Caucasian. Just a real awful experience, She couldn't accommodate me by changing The reservation to my wife's name to save money And waive there insurance. What absolutely never ever go back and use this company again nor refer to anybody.

  I rented a car for five days at Easirent in Tampa, FL. When checking in, I was advised that a copy of my insurance card was not adequate proof of insurance and I needed to submit a Declaration of Insurance. I had my agent forward me a copy and gave it to Easirent but they still charged me for five days of liability coverage.

  Reserved a rental car on Expedia. We didn't realize that this company was off site from the airport. We waited 30min for a shuttle. When we got their the small bldg was full of people. Some had been waiting over 1.5 hours for their car. The employees took over 20 min for each customer probably due to the fact that they insisted on a declaration page from insurance instead of the proof of insurance you normally carry. It was Sunday so I had to log into my insurance ** and show them the declaration. Then they were trying to Make people use the toll device that they have. We have our own transponder so I declined while he insured me that it wouldn't work. LOTS OF PRESSURE and even needed our return flight info. What does that have to do with renting a car???? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

  Terrible service, waiting at airport for 1.5 hours for suv to pick us up, shuttle broke down. Gonna be 2 more hours at old hotel before we get car, find out the place closes at 6 and we drop off at 8 so we would have to pay for cab to get back to airport. Rental itinerary says pickup at airport ended up not getting car and priceline cannot get ahold of agent to confirm we didn't pickup rental so we can get reimbursed. Last time for priceline as well as easirent. Run away as fast as possible.

  Nightmare experience waiting 2.5 hours for a car in *******. The staff was terrible & never apologized. When we finally got our car, it was filthy & had half a tank of gas. This company should not be in business. Since I am confident they will never have a single repeat customer, they should not be in business long.

  SCAM Rental ************ Rented a car for 2 days paid for and I had proof of insurance. They asked me to call the customer service of my company which I did. On the phone they told the Easirent employee in the ***************** location his name is ****** that I was convered for insurance. ****** told me that I still had to buy their insurance. Their location is away from the airport and he said that if I cancel they would not give me a shuttle ride back to the airport so that I can use a different rental car company. I was stranded and I had a business meeting to get to so I agreed. Then the car they brought me was filthy it had dings on the side and every seat on the inside was stained. I asked for a different car and ****** would not give me one. Even if you have to pay more money please for the love of God do not choose this company. It is a big huge scam and their cars are dinged up and filthy. And at first he said the car had no damage luckily I walked around the car and inside the car first. Only after that did he mark down the damage. This company is horrible. The cars are horrible and the scam artist employees are worse. Beware of this scam company!!!!!!!

  worse car company ever. They do not return emails, and we were overcharged for a rental last month. Charge you for items you never requested

  Worst car rental experience ever. It took over 2 hours to rent my car! They wanted my insurance declaration page (NOT my insurance card that I carry in my wallet). They tried to soak me for all kinds of extras. They are NOT cheaper. Never again.
