    We rented from the ******* *** location. We used expedia to book. Paid $30 I'm ********* for the 3 calender days when booking and expected to pay $50.60 at pickup. We ended up paying $156.78 for the rental, liability ********* that we were forced to get, and an extra driver so we could use my boyfriends credit card.. on top of a bunch of little fees like airport concession, energy surcharge, vechicle license surcharge, and location surcharge. On top of that their deposit was $250! Would of been $500 but we had a leaving flight to show which lowered that. Honestly I wouldn't step foot in this business again. Worst car rental place ever, and I use ALOT of budget car rental places.

    Horrible experience. Absolutely no customer service. Closed at 6pm so I arrived after they closed because of bad weather. So, of course, no car available. No shuttle to pick us up. Absolutely nothing! AND no chance to get a refund for this bad company because again, no one answers the phone. I called more than 30 times and only once AFTER we had to rent another car, a woman answered and said she can't answer all the calls as she is alone. She listened to my refund request and said her manager would call. Of course, no call. What a ****!

    A COMPLETE SCAM!!!!! These people in the office have no customer experience whatsoever!!! Paid for one price online to then be charged triple the price the day of pick up. Took 3 hrs of my vacation time waiting for a car despite the reservations I made weeks before online. I REPEAT DONT ALLOW THIER ADVERTISEMENT OF SAVING MONEY FOOL YOU!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT! DONT RENT FROM HERE!

    After an hour and a half wait to get attended, I was forced to purchase additional insurance that I didn't need or want. They claimed it was their company policy but they weren't able to show me the policy in writing. They also threatened to cancel my booking while I was standing there if I didn't immediately produce a good ****** review for them.

    What a mess. Booked a rental through a third party, Priceline for what I thought was a good deal. Added extra insurance coverage. Go to pick the car up and was rushed through a rental process that made no sense. Added additional charges that were glossed over, including additional insurance I didn't need, sunpass which I didn't need and a whole host of other issues including not the car I supposedly booked. They have you over a barrel cause there you are, stuck in the middle of nowhere if you decide to cancel, and no refunds. Ended up paying 3 times the original price!!! Return was a mess too. No real guidance on where to go or what to do to return a car, people walking around with no order to return. Signed the papers saying no damage and to date, no return of the deposit (2 weeks) Does not return emails or calls. Never again!

    Awful experience! Rented a full size 8 passenger ended up with a 5 passenger car with the smallest trunk! The girl in office was nice. She was sure to let me know she was closing a couple times which was fine but my reservation was at 5:30 Expedia took my money so times should be correct. Anyways the car we got was by complete luck also. The family behind us didnt get a car and they like us had a reservation with Expedia. Did I mention my reservation was made months in advance? Also hardly any gas in our car. We always have gotten cars with full tank from better companies. When we returned car the other shuttle had to take us back. Lets just say that driver filled us in on this car rental company. Not good, We get home and I want some money back. We didnt get what we booked so Im not paying for full size. To get anyone to refund me was almost impossible they kept blaming corporate office. Expedia said same thing. Expedia was no help at all! I just went ahead and disputed some of the charges with my credit card company. With all that said dont do it. Rent elsewhere and DO NOT use Expedia to rent cars!

    My wife had a car reserved for 2:30 at the Clearwater airport location and did not get her cat til after 4. No apologies offered. Renter beware.

    Easirent.. is nothing but a scam on 04/09/2023I was told my insurance company didnt cover there cars lies.. wanted to charge me ***** a day for insurance . When I showed them my platinum **** he quoted oh because you have that card you get it 50% off .. ***** a day . I had proof from my insurance that they cover but being that it was a Sunday I could not get the company on the phone to verify even though I had the documentation they had asked for . He said you need to come back tomorrow to remove the insurance charges I said can I call fax it no you need to come in call and see if the manager accepts it . I said I would have to drive back two hours Im here for a funeral. Hes like sorry you have to come in person so instead of running funeral errands with my sister I had to drive back in the morning very stressful situation for me and my 85 year old dad. They didnt want to give me a printed receipt he said they would email it I got the one with the full charges of ******. When I came back the next day I showed the paper work and called my insurance company who confirmed & verified everything never saw a manager the guy at the counter told me I would be refunded ****** . I requested a receipt which he said would be emailed I received it and showed -****** I returned from ******* on April 19,2023 a few days went buy when I checked my statement the charges were still ****** they had no intention to refund me my money they were not answering my calls . I called my card company who put in the dispute along with my documentation to show the over charge & the suppose refund . Thanks to my disputed action my refund came through unfortunately these thieves should be pointed out all there running is a SCAM .. I will be writing a letter to Governor ******** this behavior has to stop .. so many unhappy faces & long wait among other things disgusting place no tissue in bathroom for customers broken metal chairs tilted an accident waiting to happen stay away

    I rented a vehicle in HOU on 4/3/23 and was charged a $287.50 deposit that I cannot get them to return to me. I have valid auto insurance and was charged a deposit anyway. My attempts to have the deposit returned to me has been frustrating. I continue to get frontline representatives who are making excuses and can't provide answers. I can't get a hold of anyone in a supervisory or managerial role to respond to my calls and emails. I was transferred to an extension that has a full voicemail box and could not leave a message. This has been an awful experience. Never seen anything like it.

    My experience was horrible! My flight was delayed and when I arrived to pick up the rental I had paid for IN FULL I was told I was marked as a no show and I would have no car and no refund! The lady "manager" was beyond rude and other customers in the lobby were in shock on how we were being treated. When we asked for her name, she told us we had to leave immediately.
