  Scam. Came to pickup rental. Suddenly need a $500 deposit. Cant take out of state or drive more than 150 miles a day. What?? Won't rent me vehicle, but won't return paid insurance coverage either. Corporate office hung up. We are moving today and now no vehicle! Effing joke. Run!! You owe me $45 !!

  They have terrible customer service. They are unreliable with getting you to receipt of your rental agreement. Force you to except additional features saying that we have no choice.I was not able to reach him after I return the vehicle. I need a copy of my final receipt.

  Well the worst rental car company in the world. Pre paid for car and the additional insurance. Plane landed in PIE 2hours late. Called shuttle service and he said they cancelled my reservation. So I called them and they said no refunds. So I am out like $400.00. Called credit card company and they are going to do a charge back on them for the $336 car rental but the extra $99 for the insurance i have to eat.

  I cant give a zero star so Ill give a one. Never received an confirmation email, so I had no idea where k was going from the airport, had no idea about the shuttle. Paid for the sun pass but never received it and ended up lying out of pocket for the tolls. I cant not recommend this company enough

  If I could give negative stars, I would. This company is full of deceiving employees. We rented a car in August. The man explained that an insurance HOLD would be put on our card and drop off after successful return of the car. He lied, it didnt drop off. I disputed it with my card company and they sided with the company after my contract was sent to them. I had very specifically asked at the desk of the change falls off and he said, yes, it will. I asked again before leaving and again he said, yes. Id avoid this company at all costs. Also convinced me that I had to have the $65 toll pass, which I wouldve only spent about $9 total without it during my trip. I just dispose dishonest companies, AVOID THIS ONE AT ALL COSTS!!

  The worst experience weve ever had. The rental in ********* was a long way away and then the office was a mobile unit which was hot. We had a reservation through Expedia for $302; when we got to the counter, it went up to over $600. This company added $50 a day (for 6 days) because we were driving to ****. Just because! There is no legal, state or other reason - they post good rates but dont believe them. Also, there was no water so the cars were dirty! We cancelled our reservation and went to Dollar Rental.

  I will never rent from this company they are crooks I purchased and paid for my rental in full through priceline I go to pick up my rental car from the Orlando **** I was told I have to get their toll pass even though I was not going through tolls it was 90$ than they tell me I'll waive the 250$ deposit hold and just charge you a 58$ hold which i was assured i would get this returned I drop the car off a day early they guy told me the hold will be refunded in 3 days a week goes by I call easirent and they tell me this 58$ fee was to avoid the 250$ hold and its non refundable that is insane I was told this would get refunded to me and this should have been revealed to me before I left the car lot instead of being lied to this company scams after being required to get their toll pass and being lied to about the hold I will never rent here again the cars were dirty and scratched up soon as I returned the car they parked it and rented it right back out before I left the lot do not rent from this company with all their hidden fees ur better off renting from a reputable rental car company all their phone representives are very rude

  the worst experience renting a car in my life. The woman at the counter was the only person working and so it was literally taking hours for people to get their cars. Then, she told me there would be an extra fee if I drove the car out of state and it would be $50 per day extra. When I gasped at this price, she was magically able to drop it down to $20 extra per day. Seems like a scam to me. Do not use this company!

  Unbelievably a poor choice for a rental car. My husband and I went to pick up our rental car and were told that unless we could show them our car insurance info that we would have to purchase car rental insurance through them at a cost of $27 a day. It wasnt written anywhere that you need documentation of your car insurance and they were told this but they insisted we couldnt rent a car without paying their insurance fees. My husband and I travel and have rented cars numerous times and never had this issue. Theyre trying to collect fraudulent fees and should be cited for this.Never use this car rental agency.

  I had secured an online reservation for a mini cooper and was given a Toyota Corolla- a car much less in value. I waited almost 2 hours at the Jacksonville location and ended up missing my event because of the long wait time. Several customers were frustrated and the front desk had one person who kept taking orders from two men who wanted free cars to ‘do their drug dealing.’ I’m furious and will be taking this further.
