    Listen to the other bad reviews too. It is as bad as it sounds. Expect to wait in line for your rental for a minimum of 1 hour. No joke. I hear some had been waiting for over 3 hours depending on arrival day. Just pay a little more for the other companies. Its worth it in the long run.

    Made a reservation for a truck and the ******* ** location. Once I took the long shuttle ride to the rental counter the lady was using vulgarity and then looked up my reservation and told me they had no truck. they wanted to give me a different vehicle but I needed the truck then they told me to take the shuttle ******************* and rent from someone else then just call Expedia to get Your money back. First of all if You think You can call and talk to a human and get refunded that is not an option. They don't deserve 1 star

    I had a terrible experience with this company this past week. First, when I arrived at their trailer, I was told there were no rental cars available to rent ( 9/20/23). I believe **** said they were waiting for customers to return cars as of 10AM that morning. She told me to come back later ( it was 4:30PM). The office closed at 8PM. She then told she would take my name and call me when a car was available either that evening or next day (9-21-23). I had to pay for a taxi to take me to my hotel for a charge of $48!. I received no phone calls on 9-20-23. I called the next day, starting at 8AM. No one picked up the phone. I called many times until someone took my call at around 12 Noon and told me there was a car availablel and that I had to come soon to get it. I had to pay $48 for a taxi to come to you trailer to pick up the car rental. I was not given a rental agreement. I was told it would be emailed to me. Never received an email with the car rental agreement. I had to return to your trailer to pick up a copy of the rental agreement. More negative issues occurred and I jam just tired. I just want my money back for this rental. I paid $235 for this rental and I want my money back. My experience was horrible. ******** "

    Worst car rental company ever! Off site rental agency and charged me an exorbitant fee for an "unpaid" parking fee which did not coordinate my timeline where I parked the car and paid the fee to park there. And they charged me a month later!

    RUN RUN RUN. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!worst car rental company I have ever dealt with. Rented the car from Easirent in ************, *******. (Through Expedia). Returned car in the same condition as when we received it. The car was nice and in good condition. Parked car walked inside and handed the keys to the employee behind the counter and he checked us out and said everything was good and we could go. A month later we get an email from a company stating they have been assigned to handle my claim. They want to know if I would like to set up a claim with my insurance or use my credit card. (Wait a minute. what are you talking about)Yes that's right. They said we wrecked this car to the tune of $8000.00 Which we DID NOT! Said car was towed to their store and the customer wasn't present. They contradicted themselves on the inspection sheet that somehow has my husbands signature stating he was there at the time the car came in to their store wrecked. The problem is, the time that is on the inspection sheet, we were on an airplane.

    If I had my way, I would give this company a negative zero. They are fraudulent. After waiting in their ***** offices for almost an hour, he tells me oh by the way, our car is limited mileage and cannot leave the ****************. I booked through CarRentals.com, I went back and read every paperwork that I had and there was nothing that I could find relating to that. Long story short, they refused to refund my money. He said the ingot was in their fine prints. This company should not even be allowed to operate, they have maybe two staff and customers waiting for long periods. Shame on you easirent.

    The real rating is a zero. The representative who I had the interaction was the last person who should be doing a customer service job. They were on their phone the whole time I was checking in. I was not advised on the return process. I rented in one location and returned to another. The hidden fees were ridiculous as well. They were the worst car rental company I have ever used. It will not happen again. Pay the higher amount for a reputable rental company. Save yourself the hassle. I wish I had read reviews before booking my rental.

    Renting a car from Easyrent is like stepping in dog p*** The experience was the worst of the worst , they literally stink. They use a trailer for an office, they use porta potties for restroom and there staff smell of BODY ODOR. They is no such thing as handicapped access too, during and from there locations. There staff are rude, beyond belief. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do your self a favor. Do not rent from this excuse of a company. ************** JUIY 12th. It will ruin your vacation.

    I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with easirent in *********************** and it was by far the worst encounter I've ever had with any company. I had booked and prepaid for a car rental a whole month in advance, only to have my flight canceled on the day of pickup. This left me in a difficult situation, as I needed to pick up the car the next day instead.To my disbelief, easirent rental completely refused to accommodate my situation. Despite explaining the flight cancellation and my need for a one-day delay in picking up the car, they showed no empathy or willingness to help. Their nonchalant attitude towards my predicament was nothing short of shocking.What made matters worse was that the booking was non-refundable, meaning they had my money without providing any service. It felt like they had essentially stolen my hard-earned cash, leaving me without the service I had paid for and desperately needed.The customer service representatives, a man & a woman, were the epitome of unprofessionalism. They treated me with disdain, cursing at me and displaying a complete lack of respect for their customers. Their behavior was absolutely unacceptable, & I regret not having their names to share with others, so they can be wary of dealing with such appalling individuals.All I was asking for was some understanding and flexibility given the unexpected flight cancellation, but easirent seemed intent on sticking to rigid rules and refusing any adjustments. Their lack of compassion and unwillingness to bend even slightly to assist a customer in need is truly disheartening.In light of this experience, I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of easirent Their complete disregard for customer satisfaction, along with their disrespectful & unhelpful customer service, makes them a company that should be avoided at all costs. Save yourself the ***************** and look for a car rental service that values its customers and treats them with the respect they deserve.
