    ********, didn't cancel charge right away. Could not get a hold of anyone at the branch/location. Also price was double and no unlimited mileage. Had to pay extra for unlimited mileage.

    The cars are OK, small scratches and cracks in glass bug the BiG negative is customer service.Im a cancer patient that comes to town every 4 weeks- rented 6 times from Easirent and even a member of the loyalty program they demand - completely too much verification , showed a copy of my insurance card- but had to phone the insurance co dep Easirent could verify.. Im done . Tried to save a little money- they are cheap- bug thats the only benefit Ill go elsewhere from now on !!! ( and I will tell everyone I talk to about rental cars, about my experience with them )

    Absolute worst rental company on the planet. It's the only company that is operating out of a courtyard marriott hotel where as all the other reputable brands are all in the airport. Not to mention one person working there. Just ridiculous!!! Also they can't provide a single usable invoice for your to use for work expensing. Absolutely HORRENDOUS of a c*** company.I would give it a negative stars if I could. The customer support is non existence and the most rudest people that hate their jobs work here. Pay extra to go with a reputable company like Hertz or Enterprise. Easirent is NOT WORTH the HEADACHE

    Didnt honor my quote through Expedia. Then overcharged you go to pick up a vehicle. I have booked a six day rental car through this company via Expedia. My total on Expedia was $471 once I got to the location to pick up the car. My total was changed to over $1100. I was told that the car I had was a luxury vehicle which was not on my reservation. The car was not a luxury vehicle. When I bring this up to the sales person, they offer me a refund of the overcharge. I have yet to get the refund and its been two weeks since I returned the car .

    This company is a total joke. Not only is their customer service so poor that I ended up leaving their office after taking 30 minutes to get there and forced to fill out all their paperwork for them online. Then they require you to have an insurance card which no other rental care requires - and if you dont have it you have to purchase theirs for $67. I left them - went to Hertz and actually saved $90! Please dont use these jokers.

    Rude would be an understatement. Driver said. I thing to us. I managed to leave my purse at the airport and no one seemed to care at all I needed to get back. They completely ignored me. Not their fault that I forgot it but they couldnt be bothered. If I could have cancelled and gotten my money back I would have.

    I did not receive a receipt or printed transaction from your location at Hilton *** ******************, **.I rented thru ****** and paid my dues, except the tolls at your desk, which I purchased.I need to see the details of my charges of $70.13.Tolls that was told is only $10/day x 2 days. I returned the car with full tank to the point that I overfilled the tank and spilled a bit in the gas station. However the Fuel range indicator tells a different number, and the fuel gauge cant tell were the level is. I was trying to contact customer service thru email and phone found in the website but mail delivery system failure is what I get and no one answered the phone.I would like to think that this somehow a way for Easirent to make more money off customers.

    My cousins book a car through Priceline on May 3 when we arrived I put the insurance on it on my credit card my credit card has since been billed $244.68 at $291.86 I cannot get anyone to answer that phone I have called hundreds of times nobody can explain this very poor customer service I have never seen anything like this in my life

    Had to wait 45 minutes for pick up then 1 hour in line for the car. Was charged a month later for tolls waited 20 minutes on the phone to speak to someone. They claimed I went to another city and they were toll charges when I asked for proof they told me a supervisor would contact me in which they never did. Do not use this company

    Super crappy company. dont waste your time and money. spoke to this guy and first thing he asked with a poker unfriendly face "where are you from ?" and then tricking me into forcing me to get their 3rd party liability. i told him the rental car will be protected under my credit card and i will take full responsibility for 3rd party liability. He refused to rent me the car even if i had a reservation and handed me my credit card probably hopping to get me to buy their insurance ao they can make more money. i had to leave, got another uber for *********** and ended up getting a much better deal at sixth that day. stay away from that trash. That employee is super uneducated when it comes to customer relation being rude and brute.
