    I had a terrible experience with this company in *****, *******. They do not tell you at the time of rental that they are not located directly at the airport so had to wait a long time for a shuttle. I showed my proof of insurance 2 days later and was told I was entitiled to a partial refund and was to sign the papers when I turned the car in. Now they refuse to honor the refund and you cant even get the ***** branch to answer their phones. Will never ever rent from this company again.

    Had a reservation through Priceline. The rental location is in the ************* and you have to take a shuttle. Once there, we were waiting for over 2 hours before we gave up. People were complaining that they were getting smaller cars that they reserved and others weren't even available. We asked why it was so slow and was told that they didn't have enough employees working. Takes roughly 20 minutes per person and when we got there, there were roughly 12 people waiting. After over 2 hours (and still 5 people away from being assisted), we gave up and requested a car through Budget. Budget was able to help ** immediately and we were out of there. Truly the worst experience with a rental car agency (if you can call them that). Awful experience.

    Worst experience ever! They double charged and refused to give a refund. I also never received my security deposit back. I called the location in ******* that we rented from and they never answered the phone. I called corporate and the woman who answered was very rude and hung up on me.

    I had a horrible experience renting from this company at the Austin, TX location. Was promised an airport shuttle, that was “out of service” so I had to pay for an Uber to the their location. The location of the rental office was supposed to be near the airport, it wasn’t. It was about a 20 min drive on the freeway away. When I finally got to the office, the workers were rude and seemed irritated that I was even asking them about the supposed “shuttle”. They offered that I wouldn’t have to fill the ask tank to make up for the lack of shuttle. I agreed, then after a wait I had to go with them to the gas station so they could put gas in the car. It was not ready to go. They prepaid about $30, which only filled the tank a little more than half way, and I stayed there and pumped it while they speed off. Overall very strange and stressful experience.

    Had an employee fly to ******, ** with a rental car through this company. They are off-site but their shuttle was broken down so employee was not able to actually pick up their rental car. Company refused a refund. Shady business practice.

    1 star is ***** times too many. Waited at the airport for 30 minutes until I finally figured out I had to call to get a pickup (no where does it say this in the information I received). When we got to the hotel where they were stationed I waited an additional 30 minutes while 3 of the employees entered information into computers oblivious to the idea that there were 3 other people waiting for the 1 person that was working with clients. When I finally voiced my concern that I had a meeting to get to within the hour one of them finally agreed to help me. Prior to my departing flight I called to verify their hours..and found that they would not be open when I needed to drop off the car and was told to park in the ***** of the hotel.. When I tried to confirm what I had been told the lady with WAY TOO MUCH attitude brushed me off. Turns out, I had to park in the back of the hotel as directed by one of the employees of the hotel. If you go to *******, Don't use this company...

    Horrible customer service. Got charged $190 a month after returning my rental and am having an impossible time getting a hold of someone via phone.

    Received the rental but drove less than 30 minutes away and flat tire. No assistance was provided to me or my insurance company. I had to get someone else to assist since my insurance wouldnt assist without first hearing from the car rental, Easirent. When we tried to call, no one answered so I was left stranded, until a stranger helped me out. I asked for a refund for the unlimited mileage that I paid for since I did not use it at all. And I paid for the car for from Tuesday to Monday and I did not use it for those days at all. When I called customer service, the lady mentioned that if it had been less than 24 hours they wouldve been able to help me out. When I mentioned that it hasnt been even more than 12 hours, she took her word back and said she was talking about insurance and not refund. At the end of the day, they do not want to refund me for the car or the over $100 that I spent for the extra miles that I was told I had to purchase since it was a long distance trip.

    Horrible. We landed at 6pm and they were closed. Did not get a communication on their outrageous limited hours. From a customer centric perspective that should have been sent in addition to accommodating to l after hours for those who arrive late. Do not rent #easirent #carrentals from #westpalmbeacb.
