    Reserved a car in ******. Instructions were to go to a location and call a number for pickup.Arrived and called the number and they never picked up and was left in 25 F weather.

    This company is horrible.Rented out of *********. Watched them upscale several customers that wasnt necessary. They took full advantage of the fact of the unknowing and slim choices. Several hidden fees are abundant as well. The cars are not correctly labeled by size and were dirty. I will never rent or recommend this company I would not leave any stars but you.have to leave something.

    Easirent is atrocious. They didn't have the car I reserved - didn't have any car at all - so my family and I were stuck at the airport with no transportation. And easirent did exactly nothing to help resolve the situation or offer any assistance. What's the point of even making a reservation if this is how it goes?DO NOT be tempted to check it out for yourself - you'll regret it

    Rent a car from them to get rip off, e.g. Sunpass addon. **************** literally does not exist. Prepare to wait on the phone for 30+ minutes to speak with rude robot agents who will not help a little.

    I would never rent from this company again. They added on extra charges on to the bill that I did not agree to. I constantly tried to contact them and left several messages they said a supervisor would call me back. When i got them on the phone they would hang up the phone while i would ask questions. I am writing and filling out a complaint with the better business bureau. Do Not Rent ****************** They were located in ******* off site at the Marriott (Spring **** Suites.this was booked thru Expedia big mistake. I started with a price around ****** before it over the price was $273.19 they charged extra fees because I didnt have a declaration page. Who carries a declaration page on vacation because I didnt have it they charge extra fees adding extra charges daily. They were located away from the airport. We requested a handicap accessible shuttle they sent a regular van. My husband and my self had to split up leaving him and my handicap son at the airport. When i got to the hotel they tacked on all these extra fees. Im sure they do this to most of there customers. The car was very dirty.

    Do NOT I repeat DO NOT rent from this company, they are a rip off. They offer $13 a day but add on so many hidden fees. I will say the employees were friendly but that is the only nice thing I can say. RIP OFF. If you reserve a car at a certain price online be prepared to pay triple of that price.

    Horrible. Dont use Easirent. They basically bullied me into paying for the toll pass when I specifically told them where I was going. I was told ten dollars a day, but then they charged my account ***** day. I never passed one toll. I called Easirent the next day and was told they would take it off my bill. Nope. Never happened. Then was told I agreed to it and that was that. Fraudulent is one word to describe this company. Never, never will I use this company. You shouldnt either.

    Total Scammer rental company - Does not accept rental contracts from Priceline I rented a car in ********* for 1 day and then added 2 more days through Priceline, because I trust Priceline and they offered the best price. When I went to rent the car with Easirent, they refused to accept the car booking with Priceline and forced me to either rent through their billing or not take the car. I had hotels and tours booked for 3 days and had to accept. I asked if they were giving me the same rate at Priceline and they said yes. The total should have been $88.30 for 2 days plus $44 for one day. Now they charged my card $971.00!!! No receipt was sent as promised electronically, there is no record of the rental in the online "MY Booking" page with Easirent. Their webpage says to get a receipt from a company called US extensions, there is no company on the internet with this name. This company is a total scam and they tell every customer who walks in - they dont honor online bookings and that every person who pays with a credit card has to buy insurance even if you have a Platinum Card.DO NOT RENT WITH EASIRENT - THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SCAM YOU

    Run! Do not under ANY circumstances rent a car from these crooks! Cancel if you have a reservation, you will be glad you did! No one answers the phones or emails. No refunds, added charges. Refuse your insurance must purchase theirs on site. Mandatory. Crazy company! Do yourself a favor and run swiftly away. Rent from another company. Im dreading what I believe will be additional expenses by the end of the prepaid contract. Will be documenting everything. No luck getting a refund of any kind from Expedia or EASIRENT. Never again

    Walk to your destination. Anything but a car from this company. I’ve called 3 times requesting a call from a manager all said yes we will have someone calling you- nothing and when you call it says you’re 5th in line then when you’re number 1 they disconnect you. Better business bureau is my next call. I paid $190 extra for a different location drop off. The car they sent me out in had a bad tire. It was flat the next day. Try getting triple a to travel to key largo from Miami. Nope. Borrowed a compressor for air to make it back to Fort Lauderdale. On the way saw the front bumper was falling off. They had it zip tied to hold it up. Much more to the story but do your research I did not.
