Terrible customer service, rude manager and employees. Shady company rules. Quoting ******* car rental laws out of context. Accepting reservations without having cars to rent. Dirty card. List goes on. Since I cannot give them -5 stars, they get 1.The price does not equate to the level of disrespect, please do yourself a favor and spend the extra $$ to rent an auto from a legitimate company. I left, took an Uber and saved my self respect,

***************** area complaint. If only I had gone to BBB earlier. They are "OFF OFF SITTE from Dalllas **********, which means you take one bus from airport to the *** official rental care area, then you have to go find a SECOND shuttle to take you to the Easirent which is in an iindustrial park in ****** **. Then they are not even open usuall hours, like a normal rental car place, for an airport, so if you need to drop off your car earlier than 8 am to make your flight, it is a key drop and standing out in this industrial park in the early Am dark to wait for an Uber, very creepy. Because there is not bus then to do the "double bus" transport thing in reverse. warned me I would pay $25 charge in addition for any toll charges for each toll, after the fact, in ****** area, because they harge a ****** charge for if they get any license platte scanning tolls. Which they do not see for a month. Well I had 2 weeks there and never been to area so to be safe I paid thir "deal" of $16 a day on top of rental and fees to guard against that. ... Oh and after it all, ***** said they would email me my receipt and did not, I had to get on phone 2 hours total on several calls when you ask them for anythhing they simply hang up on people. So then they sent me the car rental receipt in one email, and a NEW charge that made no sense dated 6 months IN THE FUTURE for $245.00 to be charge to my card with no explanation. Again called them and went through so much , referred only to use an email address, for help, they do not care at the local or the national office level at all. Blocking charges on my card now. So appalling.

After researching car rental agencies online in the Tampa area for holiday travel, I intended to rent a vehicle to travel from Tampa FL to Chicago IL. Most rental agencies had an upfront mileage restriction or clear policies on their website that prohibited vehicles to cross state lines. I could not find any restriction for crossing state lines on the EasiRent.com website so I reserved a vehicle on this date (economy car) for pickup at the EasiRent.com rental agency location at 5002 West Cypress Street, 33607, Tampa, Florida. Upon arriving at EasiRent.com agency in the morning to pickup my rental, I was then informed by the rental agent that I could not cross Florida state lines with the car rental. They would not allow me to rent the vehicle if my intention was to drive to Chicago IL. I asked to then cancel the rental and be refunded for the charges. The rental agent said I would be charged a minimum of $100 and gave me a phone number to call to process a refund. The phone number he gave me put me on hold for 15 minutes then when finally connecting to a customer service rep it hung up. I entered the rental agency again and asked that the rental agent then dial the same number to show the inadequate service. He realized that he also would not be connected to anyone. He then showed me some type of email on his cellphone written that I had a refund being processed with my name on it. Apparently, this was a fake email or an attempt to get me to leave the rental agency. Upon returning home I did not see any email in my account that a refund was being processed, so I contacted an EasiRent.com customer service chat tool on the website for confirmation. The customer service representative kept changing his story in the chat about how refunds are processed and I was confused. Then the customer service rep from corporate service informs me that I liable for the full price of the rental ($349.65) – not the $100 reservation fee that I was willing to accept as promised.

We booked the car through expedia, paid in full and called in advance several times to make sure we have a car as the flight is late ~ 6:30PM. We got to the rental place, got in line, waited for an hour and a half and then was told there was no car. If we wanted a refund we will have to get it ourselves (not from them). I was speechless. Avoid Easirent at all cost!

1st, after checking in and asked about tolls, the staff person said we would be charged for tolls by the state or we could pay upfront. I thought there were tolls on my route but I was wrong. So after getting the car to the hotel, I realized I was wrong. I called and asked for a refund of $69 and was told, " how would we know if you went thru tolls wo paying upfront?" Which made absolutely no sense. Then she said "you agreed to it." True but it was based on erroneous information, that yes, I provided. But the attractive price of $178 jumped to $250.After we'd parked at the hotel, we realized she hadn't left the remote in the car so i couldn't turn the car on. When I called, the young man said to "Bring it back to get the fob." Like that was possible. He kept insisting i had to come and get the fob. Only after I said, "You made this problem, and it's up to you to fix it," did he agree to bring the fob to **** didn't realize I was renting to a 3rd rate company. Expedia just dumps prices on the screen for you to choose, wo knowing the vendor.

The most unethical business practice Ive ever encountered. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. we arrived at the airport, called numerous times with no answer, then we were told by a taxi driver that their office is closed. Two paid rides later we go back the next morning. They said we were a no show. So the reservation is cancelled. I pre paid for 3 days. They wanted me to make a whole new reservation. Did they call us? We have you down for a reservation are you coming by? Nope. Nothing. Cheaters. Liars. Horrible.

Horrible business and terrible customer service! We rented a vehicle, but when we went to go pick up No cars available ****** electric cars and one expensive Dodge charger. They would not compensate us in any way. They could not promise there would be any other cars available in the next few days. Theres absolutely no one that answers calls, me and my husband waited for Expedia who was trying to call the front desk clerk, but she was not even answering the calls. We tried several different numbers the next day to get through to someone, but absolutely nobody answers.

These people left us high and dry at the airport at 9:00
p.m. by not having any rental cars available even though I reserved and
prepaid for one two months in advance. Do not rent from Easirent which
we booked through Rental cars.com out of Great Britain.

It's a month later and I've yet to receive my money back on my card! I've tried calliedaround I get the run around and same as email no response. It's frustrating not receiving the $500 hold back after returning the car in the same condition. The bank suggests contacting Easirent, but they advise you to wait without providing details. It might be helpful to persist in seeking clarification on when and why the hold hasn't been released. Its been a few days already.
