      They are liars and thieves. They told me I wouldn't be charged an additional driver fee when I rented my vehicle, but I was when I returned it. I was told to just call for a refund, but when they are contacted to approve it, they denied it. AVOID the Celebration office in Florida

      I am appalled at how poorly Hertz has treated me. Back in September they mis-charged an additional $545. After dealing with the customer service merry-go-round, I was able to get that refunded. Then in December, I started receiving bills for the $545. Back to the customer service merry-go-round and again told it would be taken care of. Now, Hertz has sent it to collections and I’m getting hounded. I have near perfect credit but thanks to an appalling mis-management by Hertz, I’m getting hounded for something they rightfully refunded me. Stay away from Hertz. Go Alamo!

      If I could give a negative star review for Hertz, I would. Hertz had charged me additional fees and for gas after I returned it with a full tank. They have inappropriate billing and business practices. Take your business to an alternate vendor. They want the customer to have the burden of proof, and their customer service is terrible!

      Hertz company keep ripping constumer off...they over charge services the we don't need...pay attention to you contract and like me and families members, friends will not rent car from them anymore.

      Trying to repeatedly charge me $81 and it declined and now they $300 without even returning the $500 deposit fee that was done using debt card! How are they still allowed to do business? is a total scam, I even got automated phone call saying I didnt return the car! And no one can be reached when called!

      Rented a car 1/13/22. Small car, not clean, had almost bald tires. Oh, By the way, it is in Denver Co. That was just before the storm. Temps under freezing and snow. Tried to update, Wouldn;t take my Credit Union Card. Card say Debit/Credit. Tried calling every Number listed for any Hertz Office.NO ANSWER Would not recommend Them to ANYONE. BAD BUSINESS!!!

      They continued to over charge me for the LDW, $200, when i showed proof of full coverage with state farm and my State Farm insurance company emailed a letter to present to them, stating i was using my insurance not theirs, theirs they said was optional as long as i had full coverage. They still charged me. Their policy is to make money i get it, but that’s fraud. Don’t trust this location. The communication is horrible, and theres no integrity.

      Rented a car and prepaid; when I went to pick up the car they asked me about coverage for accidents or issues - I had paid online for the extra insurance coverage and I believed I was confirming that decision, the guy at the counter said scanning my credit card was routine and it wouldnt be charged anything that I hadnt prepaid. After I returned the car I was charged an additional $300 to my credit card - the original total was under $500.

      I recently rented a car from Hertz. I booked the reservation online the night before when my car had to be towed to a garage.When I arrived at the rental location at 8am the next morning, I was told the card I had could not be used. Because my card has debit capabilities, the representative refused to run it for payment. I explained that I had used the card prior as both a credit and debit and had never had difficulty in the 15 years I had the account, and had rented a car multiple times. I asked the representative to please try the card and he refused. I was now standing in front of the desk with a day of appointments and no car. I asked if there was anything else they could do and the man said no. I walked 2 1/2 miles to another rental and drove away with a car.
