    I love my new Hear.com hearing aids. Ive been wearing hearing aids for 12 years and these are definitely an improvement. I love the features such as the directional hearing, pairing with my phone and television. I was concerned about the process being entirely handled remotely, but it turned out to be simple, convenient and informative. Everyone was professional, kind, and truly wanted the best hearing options for me.

    I must say that the customer service team Kory and Danica (Audiologist) were exceptional. I found the virtual training very good and had never experienced that before and very impressed with it. All materials needed for the training arrived quickly. The charger in the box did not work but was sent a new one in two days. I would definitely recommend the Hear.com aids to anyone who is experiencing loss of hearing. It sure makes your daily life and activities much easier.

    This company has the best customer service I've ever had. They check up on you at least every week to 10 days during the 45 day trial and even after that they follow up to see how things are going and if you have any questions. The hearing aids are so comfortable it's easy to forget your wearing them. Everyone I dealt with be given 10+ stars.*******

    I was reluctant to invest so much in a product without a brick and mortar service office, but I decided to give the trial a try. I was very surprised and pleased with the speed of delivery, quality of the product, customer service as well as technical support. The virtual training reinforced the very detailed manual for proper care and use and my hearing has improved over my last pair of hearing aids and at a third of the cost! Try them you will not be disappointed!

    As I have already stated, I appreciate the responsiveness of all the people I have been in contact with at hear.com. I will not hesitate to contact them should any issues arise concerning the hear aids. Hear.com has not hesitated to respond in whenever I have needed answers concerning the hearing aids. I am pleased with that.

    Dont buy from this company!!!! Buyer Beware!!!! At the beginning the service was good if I need anything they sent it right away. Now I was informed they have changed their policy. My charger went bad in 5 months I called the company and was informed they will send me a new charger. Now I get a call a few hours later the *** that told me that missed spoke and I have to send them mine first the dont trust that I will send the old back. So after they receive my old one then they will send a new one not until. So that puts me without my hearing devices for about 3 weeks. Stick to ****** or some business like that were you can walk in and get good service ***
