    ********* sells a new hearing aid called Horizon. It is actually made by ******, but has a double processor that ****** does not offer to its customers. When the pairing works, it is the best hearing aid I have ever had, but when it does not pair their servic department seems unable to solve the problem, which is VERY frustrating. The Horizon brand costs $4000,so one would expect easy operation and superior service (but, unfortunately the case). I previously has Signia hearing aids and their consumer service was MUCH better. My conclusion is that , while I like the Horizon hearing aids when they work, I cannot recommend them to others because when they do not totally pair, you may have to accept that you will only have pairing in one ear.

    These are my third set of devices and my favorites. I wear them more frequently than I did the others because of the design and their comfort. I have found it easy to work with everyone.

    I love my new hearing aids and the one on one training and adjusting I received via zoom which made it so convenient. ******* was very helpful in taking me through the bluetooth and app features. Hear.com is there to answer any question. Their support is fabulous. And I can actually hear.

    I've been experiencing hearing loss for over twenty years. Audiologists have told me the range my loss exists in wasn't something that could be helped with hearing aids. I mentioned this to my primary physician and he told me that there have been many changes in the last few years and perhaps I should be seen and evaluated. I did this and found that help was indeed available however the cost of the hearing aids were not covered by insurance. I tried two different high-end over the counter aids and discovered that they sounded like an old transistor radio just turned up loud. Unacceptable. I stumbled upon hear.com by accident and found they could work with my supplemental insurance plan offering a substantial discount on the same aids that had to pass on because of affordability. When the "box" arrived I was impressed with the contents as well as the online Audiologist. The part that sold me was the hearing test he performed in the comfort of my own home, had the exact same test results that the prior/expensive in person test I had done just one week earlier. My new hearing aids came with a plethora of accessories and from the moment I put them in I was in awe. I was hearing things I'd not heard in years, bullfrogs, birds, the wind blowing through the trees. To say I am satisfied is an understatement. The follow up also exceptional. Hear.com Thank You!

    They have harasser me with phone calls to confirm my appointment over and over. Which I have. I have received over 8 messages to confirm this and have told them multiple time I knew about the appointment and asked them multiple times to stop calling me. Today I have received 3 calls. I cancelled the appointment and returned the hearing aids to Revolution Hearing who is a contractor to Hear.com. I had not even gotten out of the parking lot when I got a call from healthcare who is one of the groups that has been calling. When I told her why I wanted to cancel the appointment she wanted to argue and started getting loud. I told her that I was done with them and would be reporting this to the BBB and the Wake Forest Chamber of commerce. She got even louder so I hung up. This appears to be a scam and I refuse to get involved with them

    I love the Hear.com aids. They are so comfortable I sometimes forget I have them on. My hearing now sounds clear & conversations are easy to understand. They have really changed my life. Hear is always professional & helpful and they are wonderful to deal with. Also being able to make changes on your phone to different situations like restaurants or loud noises is easy to adjust on your phone. They will definitely improve your life.
