    Hear.com led me to think that ******* is another division of the same company. I had already paid Hear.com $4,200 for hearing aids that did not work well enough for business use. I read Hear.com ads saying that their new tiny hearing aids were a break through. Based on Hear.com advertising I went to ******** and bought what I was told were the latest and greatest - for another $4,200 but they were just as bad as the previous hear.com hearing aids. They did not give me the hearings aids that they advertised were the newest technology. When I finally called to complain, they told me that ******* is another company. So Hear.com would not help. Hear.com misled me and stonewalled me when I complained, I hope that Hear.com is called to answer for their misconduct judicially. They should not be allowed to mislead and wrong the public

    This place was scamming my 72 year old mother. They didn't answer a single one of our questions honestly. Told us their product was prescription hearing aids and after much research found they are extremely high priced otc hearing aids. They are carrying out predatory lending by being dishonest to elderly and pushing their agenda to s**** elderly out of money they dont have to waste. This place refused every question saying oh we will get to that. Conned my 72 year old Mom out of her ss# and $98 deposit on her debit card saying they'd just put a hold on it. I stepped in snd called them out and they didn't like that. My Mom has a $1500 insurance coverage on hearings aids and wanted to use that. Hear.com stated they'd apply her insurance coverage after they set up the loan, but they never intended to even talk to her insurance. But sent an email stating they had been in conversation her insurance which they had not. Don't fall victim to this place as they are extremely scammy.

    They do not work correctly! **** Cre-C20, I have been having issues for 3 months. Contacted via email with no response. Kept getting emails telling me to adjust, etc. This was of no help. Called and spoke with ***, whom I explained my issues to, but was told to repair or replace! I do not believe they care! I am 75 and on a fixed income and don't want these aids! There has to be a resolution here! And to add insult, they could have been purchased online directly for 1/3 the cost of over $1400, with a contract from *********************! The bank said Hear.com denied my issue, and I still have to pay for them!

We did receive your email on September 10th, and on September 11th our customer support team responded with instructions to call us so we could assist you directly. That same day, we also reached out to you by phone, left a voicemail, and shortly after you returned the call and spoke with one of our agents. During that call, our team offered to send your devices in for repair, since you are still within your warranty period. You mentioned you would send them in once you returned from your 2-week vacation.
    Because your trial period has ended, a return for refund is no longer possible. However, as explained by our support agent, you are still fully covered under your warranty, and we are ready to help collect your devices and send them in for repair. This will ensure your hearing aids are working properly again.

    I was completely frustrated with my husband's ability to hear until he tried Hear.com. I am no longer shouting to converse with him. The television sound went from 90 to 25! Needless to say, I am overjoyed. The customer service was excellent.

    Ive tried several other hearing aids and been to severallocal providers. Only with hear.com can I hear again! Its life-changing. I can volunteer and have social life againnow.The customer service and follow up and tele consult were absolutely top notch and even better than my in person exams.The packaging the follow up - cant recommend this company enough

    I accepted a call from hear.com at 3:01 pm on 8/18/25. I attempted to make an appointment with a local representative to see about getting their hearing aids. She said her name was ******. After answering several personal questions, she asked me for a credit card number. I said I would prefer to meet a local representative in *********, **. She said the company did not work that way. I would need to provide a CC number, they would send me a hearing aid, and then I would be given an appointment to go in and have the hearing aid turned on. I told her that I would not give my number over the phone without meeting with them at their office first.Please note that I gave my phone number online at the hear.com site, agreeing to take their call. They texted me with the above phone number so that I would recognize their call. That number showed on my phone as hear.com.After reading several reviews of this company, and my perplexing experience with their representative, I am concerned that they may try to scam or defraud me due to some personal information I supplied during this phone call.

Our process includes a 45-day no-risk trial and a full support system with licensed hearing care professionals. In order to reserve your appointment with one of our partnered providers in the *********, ** area, we do request a credit card to place a fully refundable $98 hold similar to how hotels secure bookings. This is not a charge, and the hold is released after your appointment, typically within 710 business days, depending on your bank.
    This hold ensures that our hearing professionals time is respected and reserved for customers who are ready to take a step toward better hearing. We understand that this may feel unfamiliar, especially if youre used to walk-in clinics, but we are committed to making hearing care more accessible.
