    At first the hearing aids worked great. Loved the bluetooth capabilities. For the past 2 months I can not connect to the bluetooth to be able to adjust the volume of the aids. I have un-installed and reinstalled the app numerous times but it keeps saying no hearing aids to connect to. Very frustrating ??

    Everyone was extremely nice and helpful, I had back to back deaths in my family and thins here were a little upsetting and hectic. I cancelled the hearing aids but when I got home from the second funeral there was a box on my stoop from Hear.com, wow that was fast. Maybe next time I will get them, but thanks to everyone at hear.com for a smooth process

    Hear.com provides convenient quality service .The clinic in a box is sent promptly to your home and shortly after your appointment begins! Excellent audiologist to help you test your hearing and fit and adjust hearing aides. Weekly zoom meetings to help address any concerns. I highly recommend them if you have a mild to moderate hearing loss. Great people to deal with!

    Pleasantly surprised at how easy to arrange audiology exam and selection of hearing aids. ***** answered all my questions and was very pleasant to converse with. Audiologist was great. Even though not a candidate for aids, I know where I'll shop first when I do need them.

    Im truly satisfied with the service I experienced with hear.com. From the first time I communicated with them, to the hearing aid specialist who tested, fitted and adjusted the hearing aids to fit my needs. I adjusted easily to using them, able to make adjustments on my iPhone to the different environments I find myself in. I feel that hear.com team will always be an email or phone call away for any support I need.

    I am very pleased with my new hearing aids from Hear.com. So pleasant to eat lunch with my 2 girlfriends now and not have to sit forward trying to catch what they were saying and having to ask them to repeat what was being said. Totally felt out in left field being disconnected from the world with my lack of hearing. Am enjoying life so much better now being able to hear conversations with my friends and family, hear the phone ring, talking on the phone and hearing the door bell chime. Have been so pleased with my audiologist with Hear.com throughout the whole process from testing to explaining about the hearing aids and answering all my questions. They have a great service team that is also a pleasure to work with and r anxious to help with any question r problem u might have. My experience has been very good with Hear.Com.
