    Everyone was very professional, friendly, and open to answering all my questions. So easy to begin hearing better and I was stunned when I finally realized how much my hearing had deteriorated.     When I first considered Hear.comi I wondered how the testing could be accomplished. It worked great. After the first meeting with ******** I was still a little nervous, I wasn't hearing as well as I did with my old hearing aids. Each week I realized that they were getting better By the last week of my meetings with ********, I didn't need any adjustments and have been happy ever since

    The hear.com professionals were helpful, patient, respectful and competent without being pushy to make a sell. Exam results showed I did not currently qualify for hearing aids. I recommend hear.com to anyone concerned about their hearing.

    Ive had my hearing aids since Spring of this year. I am happy that I now understand more TV and use less captions. Also better understanding of my immediate family members. I put them in first thing in the morning and sometimes forget to take them out before I go to bed. My only complaint is background noise is still bothersome but these are a great improvement for me. I have had good response and work with a local audiologist. Give the 45 day trial period a try and see improvement for yourself. You will be glad you did. ******* *.

    I love them! They are so comfortable I forget Im wearing them. None of my family and friends have been able to see that Im wearing them. I can adjust variables on my I phone. - AND- I hear much better!

    I liked the product for the first few weeks until I lost the charger, I called customer service and supposedly I purchased another charger , I paid for it and all I got was the instructions booklet on how to used the charger that I *** have. I called back and explained to the representative and was told that you were going to investigate . This happened more than a week ago and I still haven't heard from any one . In the meantime I have the hearing aid that I can't use because they are not charged.
