    I love my new hearing aids from Hear.com. ******** ********* has been wonderful to work with. She is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and ones I didn't think or know to ask. I have had hearing aids for about 10 years, therefore, I was used to wearing them. The technology now makes my old ones seem so obsolete. I can hear from across the table of eight women. I am able to stop the background noise. I can hear children that talk very softly, I can hear the people in the front seat of a car when I'm sitting in the back. There is a learning curve on how to adjust them. I put myself in a lot of different situations to test the new hearing aids during the 45 day trial period and in every situation they performed beautifully after I made a small adjustment. They are very comfortable. I did have to have the ends changed but that was no problem. I wear them from morning until night. Sometimes when I'm home by myself I will touch my ears to feel if I have put them on.

    Dr ***** ***** and ****** *******, treated me like royalty.Very attentive, listened first and then answered my questions. The hearing aids have enriched my life. The loss of hearing happened very slowly in my case,once I got my hearing aids I realized this quickly. You couldn't have picked better representatives for Hear.com.

    I decided to give HEAR.com a try after becoming frustrated with my 3-year-old Phonak **** hearing aids. The background noise was driving me crazy when I was in a restaurant and I couldn't even hear the person I was trying to talk to. I listened to a long online ad about the latest and greatest Phonak hearing aids for normal hearing problems. After about 50 minutes into this commercial, the speaker mentioned that the new **** system wouldn't be out for another year and a half! That did it! I called HEAR.com and said I'd like to try their 45 day free trial. I didn't think they would work because I had been told that ****** was the primary provider of the **** system. When the HEAR.com aids arrived they were not ****. They needed my hearing test before I could get the **** system. HEAR.com wanted to verify it with their own hearing test, and this was fine. They did have to provide me with a different brand than the ones they use for normal loss. A week later I received a set of two Signia hearing aids. I had never tried Signia before and had purchased my ******* before they had rechargeable aids or a phone App. I met three times with ****, the audiology technician for HEAR.com. First for the hearing test, second for the setup of the **** aids, and third to answer any questions or problems. I should also mention that all this was done with a "Lab in a Box," which I then sent back to the company.I started wearing these hearing aids all day from the first day. I hardly feel that they are in my ears, and I leave them in until I go to bed. Plus, I learned how to use the app to adjust the background noise to virtually zero and raise the **** side all the way up. I had no way to do this before, so no one told me this technique. I am extremely happy with my purchase of Signia **** hearing aids from HEAR.com.

    Hear.com made everything they said would happen a reality. Packages Hear.com sent arrived when promised scheduled appointments happened punctually, and everyone is exceedingly helpful and professional. The biggest problem for most companies is an acceptable product but wretched customer service. ******************** gave me an outstanding product and provided the best customer service I have experienced recently.

    I am thankful for having found hear.com. There are no audiologists in my part of Maine and I was skeptical about an online approach. All of my concerns were proved unfounded. The virtual audiology exam and treatment worked very well, and in many ways, I found it more satisfying than previous in-person audiology appointments. The service was incredible. From the efficiency of the scheduling process to the thoughtful process and Surface tablet tools, to the caring follow-up to be sure I was doing fine - it all worked great and expressed deep concern for my hearing. In the months since, my hearing aids have worked perfectly, and my wife is much, much happier with me!

    This was not my first rodeo. I have 5 pair of hearing aids in a drawer and I have sent one pair back and got my money back. Two pair I bought local and the others on line. Hear.com are the first ones that have really worked. The people I dealt with were very nice, concerned, and helpful. Their setup for adjusting and training was over the top. I would recommend hear.com to anyone with my problem. Thanks hear.com. ****.

    I was skeptical about getting hearing aids online and through talking with people on the phone during the process. But it was easy. Quick delivery and I had personal help via zoom to understand how to use them. I find myself reaching for them first thing in the morning and nearly forgetting to take them out at night!

    I realized, after reading all of the reviews of hearing devices I could find, the new OTC devices and the ones available through audiologists, that I would have to spend some serious money if I were to find the best hearing aids for my hearing deficit. The people at hear.com took my concerns serious, helped me find a substantial discount from the top cost of their best device, arranged financing for the remaining amount. But most of all, they were patient with my decision-making. Hear.com is able to send a complete audiology kit which allows them to do measurements of hearing loss and actually set the new hearing aids to one's needs all by "remote control." The result was every bit as good as a full face-to-face audiology session, and I came away with a pair of excellent hearing aids specifically tuned to my needs, and also further adjustable through future visits with the hear.com staff. I feel I have made the right decision adopting their top-of-the-line product; and so far the sound of birdsong, hearing my wife's voice clearly, being aware the sounds of life around me--all of this has confirmed by decision.
