    Excellent, from the day of receiving the package with everything in it, easy directions to follow, the teleconferences with the Dr, the check up calls from ****, to the final fitting and connecting my hearing aids to Bluetooth on my phone, it was a great journey especially since I never left my house to be able to hear so much better.

    I was very happy with the personal support I received. I did not have any problems, except for not knowing if they received the box with all the equipment that I sent back to hear.com. I am new to all this and don't have enough experience to know how the customer support will work in the future. I have my fingers crossed!

    Do NOT buy these hearing aids. They are all eager to help you until you have paid for them and then you are relagated to either sending them back for repair or trying to fix them over the phone. If you spend nearly $6,000 for a product you should expect it to work or you can take it somewhere local to get it serviced. Not with this Company. If it doesn't work, you are in the vernacular, screwed. Either send it in or try and get it working with one of their online people.My set is blue tooth enabled and sometimes it works well , sometimes it works sort of and sometimes it doesn't work at all. I have had two other blue tooth capable hearing aids and they always worked all of the time. So you either live with the maybe or maybe not bluetooth or you go and do what I should have done is buy from a local audiologist. From what I have found out since, I could have got the same product made by someone else for the same price and have local support.Buyer beware.

    Is it time to get your hearing checked? Well, Hear.com makes it really convenient and relatively easy. Someone was there every step of the way to get me tested and fitted right there in my dining room! This is not a scam. Go ahead and give it a try!
