    They make it sound like it’s no big deal. You can change your mind anytime and I was curious to see if those hearing aids were better than mine so I had to fill out a financial agreement and they give you 45 days before you start getting charged monthly and then you have up to a year to return the Hearing Aides no questions asked. I had an appt on zoom to talk to the audiologist who wasnt friendly at all and now you have to put everything together that comes in this box. You have to put the domes on the Hearing Aides. You have to set everything up and they test you then they tell you to wear it like that for a until the next visit, so I knew after 3days of wearing these that they were not better than my Costco Hearing Aides & I wanted to return them. I called the rep, ******** *****, and now her happy tune changed. She was not very happy. She said I didn’t give them a chance, but if I wanted to return them fine just look in the box with the return label and that’s what I did. I got my return receipt & proof of delivery. I sent it to them by email and nobody ever responded to me. I wanted to make sure that was charged to me. The audiologist called on the day that was set up for us so obviously nobody told her either and she said no problem. She will cancel everything. Well that didn’t happen either. Luckily, I called the credit card company when I got my statement and it was within the 45 days and I told him what happened and they put a stop to everything and closed out my account. Hearing.com and tell them that I have proof of delivery and this account is closed. Don’t get fooled. This business is not nice and they are a *** ***. $4,800 for hearing you don’t have any service you have to wait for a callback. The company still has not sent me an email a letter or call anything to tell me that they received my boxing to assure me that nothing was charged to my card. But I do have a receipt and proof of delivery which I gave to the credit card company

    I received a phone call from ********* that was very professional at hear.com to review my needs and she mailed me the hearing aids, we agreed upon. She confirmed my insurance coverage with me and the 45 day trial period. She has always been very professional assisting me, whenever I am able to reach her, but if I speak to anyone else, I am either given incorrect information or a run around. On June 10th, I went to Brown Hearing in *******, Tx for my hearing test and programming of my left hearing aid, I only need one at this time. I downloaded the hear.com Horizon app to use with the Horizon hearing aid I purchased. At first things seemed to work fine, but then the app indicated the hearing aid was not fully charging. A person I spoke to at hear.com, other than ********* told me not to trust the app, asked if I had tried plugging the charger in more than one place in my home and then lastly told me to place the hearing aid in the right port, instead of the left. I responded that yes, I had tried more than one plug in my home and that the right port would not work for the left hearing aid, because of the way they are shaped. She said yes it would, that she knew people that did it all the time. On June 14th, after 10 hours of charging, my hearing aid, by the app said 80%. On June 17th, the app said 60% after once again, charging all night. Today, June 19th, after 10 hours of charging, its completely dead. I have been unable to reach hear.com, by phone, it only rings once and then a horrible loud sound follows. The office I went to, for the hearing test and programming is only in ******* on certain days, so I am not able to talk to them either. Needless to say I am very frustrated with this situation, since I have invested a lot of money into purchasing something that does not work. I have emailed both hear.com and Brown Hearing to let them know, I am returning the hearing aid in the box and label provided. I expect a FULL REFUND as soon as possible.

    Customer support is unsurpassed. The ********************** test, that I took at home, with the equipment that I received in the mail, with my online personal audiologist, was eye phenomenal. We set up more appointments during my 45 day trial, to assess my understanding of the hearing aids. She answered any and all questions. I highly recommend doing business with this company.

    This company is a complete ****. They contacted me about getting a hearing aid or possibly getting a hearing aid because I needed to know the price before I could enter into any type of agreement. They told me the price I told them that I wouldn’t be able to afford that they went ahead and sent me the hearing aid and also Microsoft surface. There was a 45 day period. Where I was allowed to tell them no I didn’t want to keep these hearing aids so by the time my doctors appointment came around with their Microsoft surface they had sent me in the mail. It was 40 days out and they told me that I needed to sign this document. Otherwise it wouldn’t have any type of warranty whether I was going to be purchasing it for myself or if it was going to be for them they were gonna keep it while they didn’t tell me where I could send this back and now I am sent to collections. I told him that I wanted them to get their Microsoft surface and they’re hearing aids back because I couldn’t afford this. I felt pressured. I felt like they used verbiage that I didn’t understand sometimes and they spoke so fast that they weren’t willing to answer questions. It was very unprofessional and pushy and unacceptable.

    These hearing aides live up to what's advertised! Very comfortable and battery life is much better than any other hearing aids I have had. They are comfortable to wear and few people ever notice that I am wearing them. The entire process of purchasing them was seamless and very comprehensive. I can only say that everyone on the Hear.com staff is professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend these hearing aids to everyone.
