  I love these hearing aids! Unlike others Ive worn, these are comfortable, I can where them from 8 am to 11:30 pm with no problem! The other hearing aids I could only wear for about 1or 2 hours, then I would have to take them out for the day because my ears hurt so bad!!! When the kit came in the mail, Hear.com set up a time for giving me a hearing test & then helping me get my hearing aids fitted in my ears! I returned the tablet that we communicated on, but I was given a go to person for help! This young man was friendly, knowledgeable, wore hearing aids also & taught me how to clean mine. It was nothing like walking into a doctor ****** (where I spent $6000.00 on hearing aids I couldnt use) these were less than 1/2 that! I am a very happy customer!***** * **

  I really liked how hear.com sent the Dr's ****** right to my door. The customer service was amazing. ************** was very thorough with the appointment. I have gotten so many compliments. My friends and family say they don't even notice them. It is a joy to be able to hear my grandchildren laughing and playing. **********************

  I have enjoyed my hearing aids from day one. I had worn Widex for 6 years and these are at least 80% of not 100% more comfortable. The people have been most courteous and a delight to work with. The process was simple and any adjustments have worked smoothly. So glad I checked on these and purchased them!

  I have worn hearing aids for 25 years. These Horizon IX are the best hearing aids I have ever had. I love the iPhone program where I can change my program mode to meet the needs for a large, noisy Kiwanis meeting, an intimate dinner for 2, singing to focusing on speech in church, or just tuning down the whole world for less confusion with the Privacy mode. I had hoped that these hearing aids would allow me to hear the TV without a streamer, but that was not the case. My hearing loss required that I purchase a Siemens TV Streamer for $189 from Amazon, which was much less than other streamers I have purchased in the past and significantly less than what was being offered from Hear.com. Hear.com does an excellent job of providing a quality hearing aid online with terrific support. I saved about $3,000 by going with Hear.com.

  I ordered the Hear devices. Was impressed with how their "Clinic In A Box" process an impressive way for me to get a hearing test on line right here in the comfort of my homje. Then the technician fine tuned the devices spefically to my needed prescription.I'm hearing things I've missed for months and months. Can readily and sincerely recommend these hearing devices

  I signed up for the trial. Received the equipment for testing and my new hearing aids to try in just a few days. The equipment looked intimidating but the laptop included had me instructed what to do and I was all set up in a matter of minutes. On my testing ********************** and I had a virtual call to test my hearing and for him to adjust my new hearing aids. It resulted in much better hearing than my former hearing aids. Then I had another virtual with ******* a few weeks later and he tweeted the settings which made them even better.The customer support was amazing and always available. I am very happy with the whole experience and convenience of getting them set for my needs. The only reason I gave four stars rather than five is because I still have trouble hearing in crowded places, especially if people are talking while not looking at me. I dont know if that is because of my hearing aids or just due with high ceilings and concrete floors found in so many stores and restaurants these day.
