    I got what are probably the highest tech hearing aids on the market. The whole process from beginning to end is idiot-proof. Hear.*** sends a laptop computer with headphones as well as fiber optic scope for the audiologist to see in your ear canals to check the eardrum and look for ear wax. It makes this virtual appointment similar to being in an audiologists office. The rechargeable hearing aids work well, and the charge lasts all day. There is a smartphone app to control the hearing aids, and one can Bluetooth the audio from your phone to your hearing aids. Although hearing conversation in a noisy environment is still somewhat of a challenge, I have noticed a definite improvement. There is definite noise cancellation built into these tiny devices.

    This company is a scam. I paid ******* for hearing aids that didn't work for me. I prefer in the in ear hearing aids vs. wrap around the ear hearing aids. I received them on a Saturday and returned them via **** on the following Monday. Today the following Tuesday, I received a text from ** stating the box was completely empty ??. OMG WHAT! I also received a voicemail from a gentleman from hear.com stating the same thing that the box was completely empty. I have called 10 times with no answer from them. I wanted to know which box was empty, the *** box or the box that housed the hearing aids. I used packaging tape on the hearing aids box to insure nothing fell out. I have the return slip from ***, it states the hearing aids box weighted 1 pound. *** said there is nothing they can do without a picture of the empty box. I should have known it was a scam when ** from the ************** asked if I had ******** with a secondary I said yes and she didn't want my member number, " I trust you she said"! Having ******** supposedly gave me a discount along with being a Veteran. God said the unjust won't prosper! Someone will have to answer for the sin of stealing. Shame on hear.com from stealing money from ppl in need!Ps. I only gave 1 star because this app wouldn't let me leave a review w/o tapping on a star.

    I was putting off getting good hearing aids for some time. I was figuring the actual purchase ordeal would be a lot of money and an unpleasant experience. I was proven wrong on the whole experience of purchasing really good hearing aids. Adela and Scot really made my experience very pleasant and rewarding to say the least. They were most thorough and really cared about me improving my hearing. They even followed up several times to make sure I was most satisfied and if I had any questions or concerns about my new hearing aids. I am most thankful for being able to hear very well again. *****

    Everyone was very kind I spoke to. The doctor also was very knowledgeable in her field and very kind. I would highly recommend this company to folks who need hearing aids.     Having worn hearing aids for a few years now, when I was ready to replace them I saw an ad for Hear.com. They were quite helpful in the initial phase helping me with my insurance and clearly explaining and answering questions until I was comfortable. Once the hearing aids were delivered they were a pleasure to wear, the app is easy and I have never heard better, speech in particular.

    These hearing aids work. Customer service is great. They follow through. I wish they didn't cost so much but after trying others, I do not regret changing over from the brand I had. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to hear more and better! ***** *
