    So glad I used this on line process. Have had hearing aids for years and it took hours to go thru all the fittings and evaluations. I was one hour with the appointed Audiologist. Fitted and out the door. Working just the way I wanted. Even able to use my blue tooth speakers and not have to raise the volume on my TV so loud. Neighbors are happy too. Thanks *******.

    I didnt realize how bad my hearing was until I started using these hearing aids. Wow what a difference! Everything is much clearer I can understand what a person is saying to me without guessing what was said. Very convenient charging pod, pop them in close the lid and thats it. I like that I can hear my phone ring when Im in the other room since they are paired to my iPhone, I dont miss calls now. The customer service has been excellent, who ever answers the call was able to help me on the spot! Everyone has been very helpful and pleasant to talk to. This has been so much easier than my first pair of hearing aids when I went to an office, not having to go back to get a little tweaking 3 times or more was a pain. I havent had to get this pair tweaked at all, perfect the first time. Thank you

    I had an appointment scheduled on 4/5/2025 for 3:00pm, Well they call and left a voicemail cancelling my appointment. The person told me to call hear.com , I called hear.com 3 or 4 times and left messages them to call me . Today is 4/14/2024 and I have not heard anything from them. I have the computer they sent me for my appointment but no appointment! I still owe money on my devices.

    The customer service is outstanding. The people I worked with are service oriented and were extremely helpful. My hearing improved significantly. The Bluetooth App, when streaming from an iPhone, needs some improving. Crackling, sound switching from ear to ear at times, and in general not quality sound is normal when streaming sound through the iPhone App.
