    From the moment I made my first call to the final purchase it has been "different". I was prepped to do battle with pushy people, for that I was in for a great surprise.The product, I learned quickly during my free trial period (free trial, well that's another new one), was a marked improvement to my life's shortcomings. **************** patience is especially noteworthy. The hearing quality of my life has made a major leap forward.Thank You Team!

    I love everything about Hear.com. Number one is the people. They are looking out for us, the consumer, the patient. The fit and comfort are fantastic. I love the fact that no one even knows that Im wearing hearing aids because of the way theyre designed. Also, convenience being able to do our appointments from home, or wherever we may be the ability to adjust our hearing to the situation using Bluetooth on the phone. And some thing that I hope I never have to use, replacement due to personal error, or malfunction.

    not impressed they never worked for me. i feel that i purchased this from deceptive advertising suposedly many media outlets gave them positative reviews i e ********** times all unsubstantiated i tried to get more information on the internet.****************************************************************** i wrote an email with a negative review it was not published i noticed there was only favorable reviews *********************

    I love these new hearing aids. I have been wearing aids for over 20 years and these are by far the best. I also bought the ** adaptor and what a life changer! I can hear so clearly that I no longer use closed caption. Thank you to everyone involved with my hearing solution. I finally feel like Im not at a disadvantage in life!!!

    I love the hearing aids. They are my second experience with hearing aids in general. I am a little disappointed that the heads need to be changed each month due my hearing ability. I hope supplies last. The charging is better than keeping up with batteries like my first experience with another company. Thanks, ***************

    I am very happy with the in-the-ear hearing aids themselves. They are a huge help in allowing me to voices on the television. But I must admit to having some trouble with the charging device, which usually requires some fiddling to make the connections and get the lights to go on. It is not a matter of my having too much earwax. My audiologist contracted by hear.com is excellent.

    I am always skeptical when I get a call on the phone trying to hook me up with some organization. I truly ignored the calls from Hear.com for about two weeks. Then I decided to at least listen to what they had to say. I cannot speak for all representatives, but mine, *****, was very professional, very in touch with my needs, and was adamant about hooking me up with the right hearing doctor. She was so sure of who she wanted me to see that when I got my appointment in a text and it wasnt who she said I was going to, I texted her and she got right back to me and said she would make sure that it was made right. She made it right and I got the best Hearing Doctor I ever couldve gotten. I never could have done as well if I had looked for someone on my own. To add to the benefits, she works with the audiology department for the veterans association and my husband has his hearing aids through the VA, and she said that if he needed any help he could go to see her. I could not say enough good things about the way that I was handled. I had a 45 day chance to make things right and I did have to go back three different times for some personal issues to where the hearing aid was not fitting right, but she made it work.

    Hear.com have really been a God sent company. These new hearing aids are awesome. With two processors in the devices are unbelievable. I used to have to turn my other devices down in order to have table talk in a restaurant. With these new devices, I simply put them in the ear and don't touch them again until I go to bed. Great product.

    So far I am very pleased with the hole process. You asked questions they had an answer. My old provider for 7 years was purchased by a large hospital and they didn't care you were just a number. Hear. com service is much better than my in person provider.************ 3/27/24
