    I had no idea what I was missing. I lost about 30% of my hearing years ago working in a loud environment. I could still hear but I was missing more than I thought. I ran across an advertisement for hear.com and decided to inquire about their hearing aids. The 45-day trial period was the deciding factor when making the decision to try them. The process for receiving the hearing aids, trying them on and setting them up with the online audiologist, and learning how to use them could not have been easier. Ultimately, I kept the hearing aids and forget I have them on most of the time. I recommend hear.com to anyone with hearing deficiency. Try them.

    The immediate infusion of the feeling of "community' really hit home very soon. From Your national level with Dr. Emily S. checking in, to My local providers: HearUSA Claremont, CA., 554 E. Baseline Road.......It's been SYNERGISTIC. There was and continues to be no weak link in the chain of support. I've moved out of My trail period and I still get a brief e hello from Coral Cables, FL. I cannot say enough about the High Benchmark/ Quality Customer care from MS Brittany L.. The innate ability to meld "The WHAT" that needs to get done with "The HOW" to get that job done (VISION/GOALS/OBJECTIVES) really involves the relations....not in the cubicles of "worker bees," but the customer/human relations; THE HOW!!

    I cannot be more pleased with the whole process. The customer service is great. The online audiologist appointments in the home were convenient and saved me 3 hours of driving. So far, the service after the purchase has also been exceptional.
