5 starsThe whole staff was very thorough in every aspect of my encounter. I was amazed that after the hearing exam, the Audiologist told me he felt hearing aids werent necessary at this time. So many companies will push products even though they are not necessary just to get the money. This fact proved to me that hear.com is here to help my quality of life not to over tax my pocket book. 4 starsBesides being bombarded with initial phone calls, texts and emails, I was pleased with hear.com. My hearing coach was very helpful and pleasant. 5 starsI was diagnosed with Menieres Disease in ****. I learned that ******** would destroy my ear in 8 years. Unfortunately several years later the doctors told me they thought it had gone to my other ear. I fought getting hearing aids until the doctor told me if I didnt like them I could bring them back. Once I was use to them. I wore the first pair for 4 years. I started to have a hard time hearing so I had to go back to a doctor again. My husband saw Hear.com and we received our box in just a few days. I was sent all the equipment I needed to get an ear exam and they had put the hearing aids in and adjusted them for me. I was so glad we went with Hearing.com because the hearing aids had so many options I can go anywhere with them now. Sometimes I still have some trouble hearing but I can usually change the option and I do well now. I will stay with Hearing.com. They are the best!***************************Hear.com, LLC

4 starsWonderful customer service! The only thing I am having trouble with is that sometimes the left hearing aid cuts out. I especially notice it when I am on the phone or listening to a podcast (bluetooth) though it has happened when not using bluetooth occasionally as well. It has happpened less often with the right (only occasionally). To be fair, I have mentioned this only once early on (I have had these for two and a half months) and asked to wait a little longer to see if this was me or the aids. I did the normal maintenance and wire replacement that is necessary periodically and felt that the problem was resolved for a short period, so I will see if that is what I need to do more often than directed. I am confident that that Hearing.com will rectify this. It has been a pleasure working with them.Hear.com, LLC

5 starsI am so happy now after ******** worked patiently, and diligently to get my hearing aids adjusted just right, for my hearing, and also to figure out the issue with the Bluetooth to my phone. I love that I can now hear my phone directly to my hearing aids. I also love the adjustments I can make on the app! It's so great that I'm not always having to say 'What?' Or 'Say it again, please'. 4 starsMy wife had been bugging me for quite some time to get my hearing checked. Scrolling through ******** I see the 45-day free trial from Hear.com and responded to the offer. I was interested in the totally digital process. I was cleared for the trial and soon a box arrived with clear instructions how to use the Surface Pro, otoscope, headphones, hearing aids and cones. My first appointment was delayed because when *****, the audiologist, checked my ear canals using the otoscope, I had too much built up ear wax, so I scheduled an appointment with my doctor to have my ears cleaned. Next appointment with ***** only had one glitch. My package included used hearing aids. ***** quickly told me not to use them and ordered another pair. From that point everything was smooth. I only had one other issue regarding payment. I was told that the credit card I submitted would only be charged about $90 during the trial period, however, about two weeks in, they charged my card for the entire amount. We resolved the matter to my satisfaction and I can hear again.Hear.com, LLC
