5 starsAll I did was the hearing test which was quick and easy. The gal who gave the test was super nice! **** is an excellent person for customer service. I did not have to get the aids, thank goodness!

5 starsEasy in home experience. Received box containing ear phone to test hearing, I- pad to connect to instructor with easy directions, hearing aids, booklets, supplies for hearing aids. I had frequent calls during trial period to see if all was going well. I feel confident I received excellent service and a fair price.i love hearingHear.com, LLC

5 starsHear.com was awesome! I never had to leave the house for an appointment in a far away town. They actually sent a tablet to me for the actual hearing exam and for the week after follow up appointment. You do have to have at least ********************* but other than that, it was pretty seamless. Their **************** team reaches out to you by text or email or even phone call and they are there for me if I ever have a question about how something works. I think the most awesome part is that if you lose or break a hearing aid that they will replace your hearing aids one time without any charge. Ive never heard of that before with the usual storefront office. Great company with great customer service!Hear.com, LLC
