    I needed new hearing aids and I was having trouble digging through profiles and Hear.com reached out to me. I was humbled and grateful. They listened about my current experiences and was able to provide me with the latest offerings. The fact that everyone I talked to remained in the loop throughout the buying, fitting, and test phase (I was mailed a kit and walked through the test and fitting phase which was awesome. The customer care I was shown was top shelf an experience not shown by many products I have owned...

    Hear.com was wonderful. The service and ongoing support was amazing and very helpful. The information provided by Hear.com was of high quality, easy to follow and arrived quickly the box with the tablet, aids, headset for hearing exam, etc. and ongoing text and emails with helpful tips. I had recently been through the hearing process with mother and another provider. Hear.com was by far better and I dont have to leave the house.

    My husband and I were very impressed with the way hear.com conducted their online meetings. The iPad, ear drum examiner, and other equipment was awesome. The audiologist was very knowledgeable and took her time to answer all our questions. Im enjoying my new hearing aids.

    Run away! They don't live up to any promise. I have spent $4500 for nothing. I would be OK if they just refunded my money, but they won't do that.

    I think Hear.com is wonderful. I had three pair of hearing aids before hear.com and these will be my last. I am so happy with these. Nate and Kristen were great helping me prepare for these aids.I am very happy with these hearing aids. Another good thing is I didn't have to leave my house, they came to me. Wonderful!
