5 starsHearing.com was perfect, ordering my hearing aids, setting up free transportation to see Dr. Jackel (her office is 20 miles from where I live and could not pay for transportation), having the Doctor adjust my hearing aids, my free trip back after the trial, and the follow up from Cynthia, from Hearing.com. I have nothing but good words for everyone who I came in contact with. They also set up my financing, which I couldn’t get from another hearing aid place.

5 starsHear.com is located in an easily accessed business park- The Fountains at Ardrey Kell Rd/Tom Short Rd The office is well appointed and well kept. Joe and Emma the receptionist were pleasant and welcoming Joe explained the need for a hearing evaluation and went over the results in a concise manner, answering my questions as he did so. At the conclusion of my appointment, he candidly informed me that his hearing devices could not offer enough improvement beyond what my current aides were doing. Joe then showed me adjustments available on my aides that I had never been trained to us! In the future, I look forward to choosing his services. It will be a pleasure to recommend hear.com to anyone experiencing hearing loss.Hear.com, LLC

5 starsHear.com process was very easy and the hearing aids are awesome! I would recommend Hear.com to anyone looking to get very high quallity hearing aids. Everything was completed in my home while I was communicating with the audiologist via a tablet and all the required devices that was needed to perform the hearing test and programming of the hearing aids with the results from the hearing test.Hear.com, LLC
