    About hearing aids, they never worked correctly. I called. They didnt satisfy me now then when I call, they direct me to our website and all I get is ablue screen cant contact. Them at all evidently this is a ****. Out $6000

    Aids are fine but customer service after sale bucks. Been trying to contact them for 3 weeks now by phone, email, text should have spent more money and bought from local aud.

    my 92 year old father ordered hearing aids from you, he was happy with them, but they kept falling out of his ears, so within the 45 day trial, YOU sent him a *** return label so he can return them in EXCHANGE for something that went around his ear. well you all told him that the product was damaged beyond repair. my dad DID not damage them, if they were damaged in Shipping it is YOUR responsibility to put in a *** claim. NOT my dad's. instead you people returned the hearing aids back to my dad and kept his $1,000.00 How do you do business?You need to fix this.Shame on you.

    We sincerely apologize for any frustration and disappointment your father has experienced. At hear.com, we strive to provide the best possible service and understand how important properly fitting hearing aids are for comfort and function.
    Upon receiving the returned hearing aids, our team found that they were damaged beyond repair. Unfortunately, due to their condition, we were unable to process a refund. As part of our standard procedure, our Logistics team thoroughly inspects all returned packages upon arrival to check for any external damage to the box or signs that the packaging tape has been tampered with. In this case, neither of these issues were indicated, meaning the hearing aids were damaged beyond repair before being sent back to us and not due to any mishandling by UPS.
    We completely understand how upsetting this situation must be, and we regret that this has been your experience. In an effort to find a solution, we have offered a $200 courtesy discount should your father wish to purchase a new set of hearing aids that better fit his needs. Please reach out to our Customer Support team, and we would be happy to discuss the next steps and explore the best possible resolution.

    Never expected to like them so took advantage of 45 day free trial. Fell in love with them immediately. Didnt even know what I was missing. They changed the level of enjoyment I get from life. I find myself telling everyone about them and the difference they made. Had told my doctor that I had never heard anyone say anything good about their hearing aids, now Im the guy telling people that he loves them. Hearing aids and cataract surgery, the 2 benefits of getting older.
