    I was pleasantly surprised with my risk-free 45 day trial to try these new hearing aids. My original aids were 5 years old so I wanted to experience newer technology. Its amazing that you do not have to go to your Audiologist. Adjustments for your particular hearing problems are done with your interaction with a technical expert online ( utilizing a kit the company sends you for testing). The clarity and ease of use is wonderful. Company follow up is excellent.

    Hear.com has such wonderful hearing aids and at a fair price these are not cheap sound amplifiers, these are high tech devices that do not require any tech skills to operate. The entire process from initial conversations to the audiologist appointment via telehealth like computer meeting, to the followups. Is fluid and professional and it can not be any easier than it is from the comfort of your own home. These guys are top notch people and they treat you with respect and they do actually care about the end results of your hearing over simply making a sale. I dont think i would have even had a hearing test had it not been with these guys at hear.com. Give them a try, you will not be dissapointed!!

    I ordered these after speaking to someone on the phone but within a day, I changed my mind and let the salesperson know. The following day they shipped them to me anyway. I wasn't home when *** delivedred, so they were left on my porch. I had to pay $43.15 to send them back and I cannot get anyone to call me back regarding reimbursement. There is no customer service once you purchase. Buyer beware.

    Hear.coms 45 day trial was very useful. I was not happy with my older hearing aids and was convinced that I was just losing my hearing a little more as time went by. As I was about to go on a trip to *****, I decided to take advantage of the trial offer. By the time I returned I was very satisfied and pleased that the new hearing aids allowed me to hear so much better. The one year interest free payment method made the purchase even more rewarding. The Hear.com corporate and local staff were quite helpful and my TV streamer and iPhone hearing is a Godsend.

    Didn't think I needed hearing aids but others did! Love these and now the TV sound is much lower! The staff was wonderful to work with. Highly recommend these.

    Hear.com has given me excellent customer service while restoring my ********************** to a higher quality than I could had ever imagined. If I was not satisfied, they gave me 45 days to return for a refund. I had hearing aids previously and after six years, decided to purchase a new set. Hear.com told me that due to new, more modern technology, I was about to experience hearing aids like I had never imagined. They are correct! I now hear sounds from near and far that I could not hear from my old hearing aids and the quality of the sound. These hearing aids allow me to hear sounds like the sounds were intended to be heard. I go to concerts, love listening to music, and attend large social gatherings. The new hearing aids adjusts to the environment I am attending without me fumbling trying to adjust them. I forget I am wearing them. Everything that Hear.com said I would experience higher quality over my old hearing aids, has been absolutely true.
