5 starsService was exceptional from beginning to end. Doing it at home was a breeze!! I have worn hearing aids 15 years and used different providers and products. These aids are BY FAR the best in quality and clarity of sound.I was skeptical of getting aids on line and was a little intimidated at the thought, however, it was very easy. The staff is professional and knowledgeable and gave wonderful support and advice. They continuously follow up to make sure everything is working properly.Hallelujah, I enjoy music again and do not have to continuously adjust my aids to increase sounds and make them tolerable.A big THANK YOU to hear.com!!!Hear.com, LLC

5 starsMy old hearing aids (Miracle Ear) were okay but when I was tested recently they informed me my hearing was getting worse and i needed new, more expensive, aids. I thought about it and realised my hearing test couldnt have been that accurate. During the test I could hear the secretary on the phone and people walking the halls. The equipment looked like it was from the 1920s. What a difference when I was tested by your staff. I was tested in a sound proof both, with a computer screen above so I could see the adjustments being made. I felt I had made a quantum leap into the future. But, most of all, with your aids, I actually hear the coffee trickling in my coffee maker for the first time in years. Thank yoiu for a great product !Hear.com, LLC

1 starInitially, I was impressed with the quality of their product but the customer service is abysmal! After losing a hearing aid in an accident, when I tried to order a replacement, I was unable to as their was no way to put in my credit card information. After a couple weeks of calling, chatting etc. still no go.Accidentally, I was able to speak to a human who helped with this problem.However when the new hearing aid arrived it would not pair with the Horizon App. despite following all the instructions over and over. Another 2-3 weeks goes by and I write Hear.com a very unhappy email. After about a week they did reach out and have a human help solve the problem. Fast forward a couple more weeks and the new hearing aid is no longer paired with the app.!!!This makes the App unusable and severely impacts the usefulness of my $2400+ Insurance payment Hearing Aids. Good product minus horrible customer service = $2400 + of frustration by a hearing impaired elder.Hear.com, LLC

1 starQuick to ask for money. Never get called back as I was told. I was told the reason they didn't call me back was there was nothing to say..Finally I asked for a refund . The salesman said he would sendnsome hearing aidss to me that afternoon. I also asked for the tracking number and that was no problem. Not being surprised I got no call back.Hear.com, LLC

While the original consultant attempted to find a solution through our mobile provider network, we recognize that this approach wasnt ideal given the circumstances. After reevaluating the case, we were able to transition your mother to our Tele-Audiology (TA) solution, which allows her to receive care from the comfort of her home.

5 starsThese new hearing aids allow me to be a musician again. Now I can hear the music I play clearly, and it makes a huge difference in my life. They allow me to hear better on the iPhone also, with Bluetooth connectivity. I sometimes forget I have them on and the fit couldn't be more natural. What price can you put being able to hear? They aren't cheap, but neither is their quality. If you are considering that you might need hearing aids, their 45-day trial period makes it a breeze! 1 starI bought my hearing aids from them back in early February and the customer experience has been miserable. Miserable. That's twice for the two months that I have been trying to get my fit issues resolved. I just waiting 15 minutes for a scheduled appointment and no one ever showed up. Apparently I was mistakenly given an opening that does not exist.I previously had hearing aids from a clinic here in *********** and when I had problems, they were resolved within a half day. 5 starsI have nothing but praise for this company and the team they have put together to serve their customers. They are truly dedicated to help one get the most from their hearing aids. Their follow-up is tremendous. The hearing aids speak for themselves; I have enjoyed wearing them. I did not have to leave my home; instead hear.com delivered a package to my door which contained the hearing aids as well as accessories and everything I would need for the fitting of the hearing aids; it included a tablet from which I was connected to an audiology specialist who then proceeded to take me through the fitting of the hearing aids and training me in their use. Return of the tablet was also very convenient; someone came to my door to pick it up; I did not have to ever leave my home to send it back. Their continued follow-up during the 45-day period of use was excellent. They instructed me in the use of the App for when I was "out and about" in different social situations. Still today I hear from them by e-mail how I am getting along.Hear.com, LLC
