    Hearing.com worked with me during the trial period and fine tuned the hearing aids to fit my hearing problems. I have tried many hearing aids over the years and these are the best. Expensive but well worth the money .I didn't have to travel to appointments because they sent the whole hearing test equipment to my door and then had it picked up when I was ready to return it.     I needed hearing aids, but felt I didnt have time to go through the process of going to an audiologist - probably more than once - to get what I needed. The process at Hear.com was very easy and tailored to my personal schedule and needs. I now have great quality hearing aids, restoring domestics peace and tranquility in our home. It could not have been any easier, and the follow-up from the company is first-rate!

    I have had hearing aids for 10 years. This is my third pair and by far the best I have had. The service was very good up front. Have not had a need to contact them since final fit. I count on the service to be good as long as I have the aids! Based on my experience I would recommend this company!

    The man who contacted me was the rudest human being I have ever encountered. When I asked quite politely that I didnt understand why he was going on about his product, as i couldnt make a decision without audiologist screening. He then repeatedly asked me what is wrong with you? What is wrong with you? It was scary and it was horrible. I simply hung up. I am a young person experiencing hearing loss from an accident, but I thought what if that had been an older individual? It would have been frightening and so intimidating.

    I was excited to try this product. I understood that I needed to get my internet checked, but have the product less than 24 hours and having several text messages and phone calls through out my day was ver disruptive. I have to work for a living, that take priority. I am returning without trying them as they have been so obnoxious with texts and phone calls.

    I was scheduled through this company for hearing aids and told that my out of pocket expense would be $3,500 with my insurance and I could pay $109 monthly through asynchrony Bank. Instead they charged the entire purchase price of $3,500 to my credit card without prior approval and all while I’m in a trial period of 45 days which began on 4/26/2023 and ends on 6/4/2023. The card was charged on 4/26 the same day of my visit. I’m returning the hearing aids and expect to be fully refunded as I have disputed the charge with the credit card company since it was not authorized. This company is not honest and should not be trusted. I’ve made multiple calls to them and to date no one from their management team has responded.

Our company offer a 45-day trial, this means that we do require a credit card or a signed financing agreement in order to start the trial period. However, if you were unsatisfied with the devices or our services, you could return them for a full refund. Unfortunately, because you left the office with our devices without signing a financing agreement, we had to charge the card we had on file. We received your return on 4/28 and processed your refund on the same day. If you need any additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
