    The staff was great with the communications and very helpful. The audiologist was technically excellent and his evaluation showed a great deal of integrity, since his conclusion was that I didnt need hearing aids at this time.

    Service was great until the hearing test said my hearing in my right ear was too extreme for the hearing aid to help. I returned the equipment as requedted

    Do NOT buy your hearing aids through this company, unless you plan on never losing one (try putting on a face mask and see how easily it removes your hearing aid when you take it off). Their replacement policy is worthless and deceptive. First, replacement cost is $400/unit. Second, and this is what happened to me, if you order your replacement and subsequently happen to find your hearing aid, you cannot cancel the order. Mind you, this is after the audiologist ordered the unit, before it is delivered to you, the customer - ie, it is sitting in the audiologist office, never been tried on, never been put in your ear. But now, you don't need it. Too bad, Hear.com says that they can't return it to the manufacturer. So ignore anything they say about being a customer service oriented company.

    ******, thank you for taking the time to voice your concerns. We are sorry to learn about your negative experience and we understand your frustrations regarding this manufacturer policy. Before your 45-day trial started, you signed a Purchase and Delivery Agreement that states the Lost & Damaged policy. As mentioned, this is covered by your warranty, however, there is a deductible to replace the lost device.

    Then, when the Lost & Damage claim was made, you signed a DocuSign that states once the device is ordered, it cannot be refunded. It also states that since you received a new device, your old device can no longer be serviced. Because of this, we encourage you to pick up your new hearing aid from the provider.

    These are the best hearing aids best warranty best service of any I’ve had, if you need hearing aids go to hear.com they are the best quality and service wish I had found them sooner

    I am very satisfied with the hearing aids and the help I got fitting them I have very weird ear canals and it took patients on Rays part to fit me correctly. Thanks so much
