5 starsHear.com and its employees have been extremely helpful in testing my hearing, fitting me with the correct device for me. My ********************** problem was distinguishing what people were saying and constantly asking them to repeat themselves. I could hear, but could not understand. Now I can hear and understand. Im no longer embarrassed and dont have to remain silent. I am happy with Hear.com and my new hearing aids, and ************ they provide. Great service!Hear.com, LLC

1 starThey don't apply needed resolve to my purchase of hearing aid (NANO)n that I paid $321.00 copllars for and now does not work unless I purchase a new charger that is the only item holding me back from hearing; of my two ears one is zero percent and the other at 65%, and at present cannot afford another$245.00 what they indicate is price f/ a new charger. Bad Business practice. Do not purchase they,ll invent another charger.Hear.com, LLC

5 starsProfessional, knowledgeable, friendly, accessible customer service rep and ********************** tester. Made me feel relaxed and to know that I was being valued as a customer. Setup of ********************** test kit was easy and it was great that I could be tested at home. I wanted to finance the hearing aids, if needed. My rep worked with me to get the financing. She persevered in trying to get approval from the better financial service company, which keep saying my SSN was wrong. Could not get that straightened out, so rep filed with another company, which approved me. In the end, I did not have serious enough hearing loss to need hearing aids. I think this clearly shows that this company has integrity. I asked about hearing amplifiers and tester gave me help on accessing those. It was a great experience all around. I will go back to them if/when my hearing loss worsens.Hear.com, LLC

5 starsProfessionals work at Hearing.com. The process is well explained; meetings and followups happen as promised. The audiologist conducting the hearing test was excellent. Results of the test were clearly explained and options discussed. I am happy to recommend Hearing.com to anyone needing or interested in knowing more about hearing aids.Hear.com, LLC
