    Here.com was very informative and explained every detail of why hearing loss is a problem and what can be done to correct it. Thankful I did not need hearing aids but if I did I'd be very happy to have them help me in the future.

    Where do I Begin?! at first this company was excellent and then I started having problems with my right hearing aid, not holding a charge they sent me the equipment back to test it. My ears Apparently have a lot of earwax I had them professionally cleaned and then we tested my ears again the right hearing aid apparently has a bad cable or battery so they wanted me to send my hearing aids back. I cannot hear without hearing aids, so I simply asked them to send me an another set of hearing aids to replace the $6500 hearing aids that I have until they figure out what was going on. I was told that they did not do that so I have to be without my hearing aids for three weeks. I could not do my job without my hearing aids so now, three months later, my left hearing aid is having the same problem, not holding a charge I have cleaned the hearing aids with the cloth provided and the charger. We have to come to some type of resolution here I need my hearing aids to do my job and to hear lifes sounds. im hoping for the best results so I can hear and not feel that Ive wasted my $6500 on a company that was recommended to me. I have left several messages on the chat through the app provided it takes several days for a response. Communication ***** to be better. Thank you in advance.

    Hear.com is a 1st class and high tech company all of the way. They provide awesome customer service and their ********************** aids are top quality. However it just didn't work out for me because I have an extremely poor level of hearing. I already had hearing aids that are also high quality because that is what I need for my hearing loss. I am still under contract with them and I didn't notice the level of increased hearing that I wanted at this time. If I was not already in a high quality hearing aid I would have kept the hearing aids with Hear.com. Great hearing aids and great service, who knows when my contract expires with these and I am wanting another pair: I may contact hear.com again for my next new pair. Thank you Hear.com for the opportunity and everlasting awesome experience.

    Incredible support and encouragement from this company.Consistent support that u dont have to ask for. Real person, real time to discuss any concerns.     I am totally satisfied with the hearing aids and the support I received. I had previously acquired hearing aids (expensive!) which did not supply the assistance I needed, so I was skeptical about whether Hear.com could provide an improvement. But they did! The testing process was very thorough and accurate and setting up the connection with my phone was easy. I love being able to hear phone calls through the hearing aids! And the ability to recharge (my previous aids needed batteries) is very handy.The aids themselves are easy to fit to my ears and comfortable to wear.Bottom line, I am amazed at how much better I can hear now - audio through my speakers as well as face-to-face conversation. I am 82 years old and this had made me feel much more optimistic about my future!

    I like the fact I could everything from the comfort of my own home. The financing was was affordable and the payment monthly date was adjusted to my preferred date of withdrawal.All the people I interacted with were professional ,knowledgeable and patient. They answered all my questions in language that I could understand.
